Flat Pack Amigos was formed in late 2004 after several months planning and test trading. The aim was to set up a national network of flat pack assemblers to assist those that can't or don't want to assemble furniture themselves... All our assemblers work to the standards set out in our Furniture Assembly Manual with which we are working towards the FIRA Gold Standard with to ensure a consistent and high standard of assembly service... Your feedback on the quality of service we provide drives our business. Each customer is asked to complete a feedback form after they make payment for the service. This is vital to understanding what we can do to improve our service and address any areas if we ever fall short.
