Andy is a Consultant Psychologist with a PhD in Psychological Medicine. He has vast experience in a range of roles, including supervisor, mentor, researcher, lecturer, trainer and consultant.
He has 40,000+ clinical hours as a doctor assessing and treating patients with a range of complex mental health disorders.
He has applied AI techniques in drug discovery, financial prediction, cognitive modelling. In software, he has wide experience in advising and developing software with agile engineering teams.
Suran completed his PhD at University College London (UCL) in machine learning and co-founded Searchspace, a company that detects ‘unusual patterns' in financial transactions that was acquired for $150m.
He is also a Visiting Professor at the Centre for AI at UCL
Richard is a venture capitalist and entrepreneur. A partner at The Conscious Fund with a portfolio of 23 companies with 6 of its seed investments now being public companies on exchanges such as NASDAQ and NYSE.
He serves as the chair of Microdose, the market leading media company for the business of psychedelics. Microdose delivers the world's largest trade event for psychedelic medicine, mental health and longevity: Wonderland Miami.
