Anaissa MPsi

Anaissa is an experienced clinical psychotherapist with an integrative approach, which consists of using various techniques from evidence-based psychological orientations that adapt to the needs of the client depending on the issue that surfaces. Additionally, she likes to work with Cognitive Behavioral therapy, with the aim of being able to together develop helpful tools so that the client can achieve their goals in a more practical way. Her therapeutic approach considers the gender perspective as an important part of the process, and works with diverse clients with an approach based on acceptance, respect and support.

Dr Glenn Mason

Dr Glenn Mason is a HCPC Registered and BPS Chartered Counselling Psychologist. He is also an accredited psychotherapist with BABCP and an EMDR Therapist. Dr Mason's areas of specialism are chronic pain, trauma, LGBTQ+ mental health and media psychology. He has been working in the helping profession since 2001 with experience in youth and community development, criminal justice, residential social work, homelessness, primary care and outpatient and inpatient experience within theNHS. Currently he works part-time in the NHS and in private practice. Alongside his clinical work Dr Mason also provides clinical supervision to mental health professionals. He is a regular contributor to local, national, and international media around psychology and mental health. Languages English

Dr Tony Furlong

Dr Tony Furlong is an integrative therapist originally from Yorkshire who prides himself on his warm, present and calm nature. Tony is an MBACP accredited therapist and studied Counselling and Psychotherapy at the University of East London.His integrative training allows him to take a flexible, client-led and contemporary approach to therapy that is warm, safe and confidential. Tony is passionate about working with clients in a way that allows them to explore their relationships with themselves and others, and healing and growing through the process, and to adapt his working approach according to client need. Tony studied his MA, MSc and PhD at Edinburgh University, with an academic and professional focus on gender, sexuality and identity and has worked in the mental health and LGBT fields for over a decade. Dr. Olga-Lucia Gamboa Arana

Dr. Olga-Lucia Gamboa Arana is driven by a profound curiosity about the intricacies of the human brain, human emotions, and their impact on behaviors. She holds a Ph.D. in Neuroscience, a Master's in Psychopathology, Clinical Intervention, and Health, and has specializations in Emotional Education and Stress Management. She is also a qualified mindfulness teacher (MSC: Mindfulness and Self-Compassion and MB-EAT: Mindful Eating programs) and life coach. As a neuroscientist, Dr. Gamboa Arana integrates neuroscience insights with a diverse array of evidence-based techniques, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-Based Interventions, to help individuals improve their psychological well-being and achieve a more balanced and fulfilling life. Keeping in mind that every individual's path to well-being is unique, her approach is open, direct, collaborative, and very practical. Languages English

Nakhwan MBACP

Nakhwan's core training is Humanistic Gestalt which offers a more holistic path to healing by creating a non-judgemental and safe space to talk, providing friendly, warm and approachable therapy sessions. Nakhwan believes a welcoming atmosphere is fundamental to support individual needs in order to help gain new insight and new perspectives to situations about yourself and others. Nakhwan has has previous experience working with adults in primary care within a mental health team where she used CBT interventions. Nakhwan believes with her experiences she can work with clients with a variety of issues including stress/anxiety, family conflicts, self-esteem/motivation and coping with life changes, trauma, grief, PTSD, shame, relationship problems and guilt. Drawing on her own life experience, she can empathise with what it is like to have to deal with change and transition. It can cause a lot of issues, such as anger, anxiety, confusion, numbness, self-doubt, a loss of self-esteem, etc. Nakhwan's passion lies in helping and facilitating people to find their own way to overcome difficulties and enjoy their lives. Following the BACP ethical framework, she will work with you for you to come up with your own solution and to take back control of your life.

Sarah is a person-centred psychotherapist; an approach to therapy based on the idea that natural human potential can be facilitated and encouraged by a unique, trusting relationship between the client and the therapist.She is empathic and thoughtful and offers guidance and support in a safe, contained therapeutic space so that new options become available to you. Sarah has training in Sexual Violence Against Women and counsels at Rape Crisis. Sarah is an experienced trainer and an Associate Tutor for SFA: Suicide First Aid through Understanding Suicide Interventions.
