Abbie is an agricultural property solicitor who deals with the acquisition and sale of farms, fields and associated matters, including property-backed financing, utility easements, rights of way, sporting rights and overage on the sale of land with development potential.
Having worked in property law for several years Abbie also has experience dealing with a range of general commercial property matters that often go hand in hand with agricultural enterprises, such as telecoms/renewables Leases.
Abbie completed a law degree in 2010 at the University of East Anglia and qualified as a solicitor in 2016.
Prior to qualifying, Abbie spent a number of years gaining legal experience in the North Norfolk property market, both commercial and residential, before deciding that agricultural property was her preferred specialism. Over the years Abbie has acted for individuals, partnerships, companies and charities.
Abbie offers professionalism and attention to detail with a personable approach to all of her clients.
There is no ‘one size fits all' when it comes to agricultural property. That, coupled with a legitimate excuse to escape the office, don a pair of wellies and get out into the fields occasionally, is the reason Abbie loves what she does.
