He took voluntary retirement as Asst. Divisional Manager in 2001-02. He has been running successful finance business. He is also actively engaged in strategic business affairs of the company and has time to time introduced innovative ideas in the business which helped it grow manifold. He has a dynamic personality with wealth of experience across finance, accounting, auditing and taxation etc. and also devotes a lot of time to social work also. He is a proficient and kind-hearted person. He has been an inspiration right from the very beginning and is poised to further expand its operations across the country till today.

Mr. Gaganpreet has joined Up Money in April 2017 after working in a Credit Society and SAAR & Associates (Audit Firm). He brings an experience of more than 5 years in Internal Audit, Statutory Audit and Taxation compliances. He heads up Finance, Financial Compliances and Fund raising activities of the company under the supervision of Managing Director for enhancement of Business of the Company. He was involved in software migration of the Company.

Mr. Kulveer is a professional with more than 22 years of experience in the lending accounting space. Since inception of company in November, 2014, he joined Up Money and has been instrumental in setting up and implementing Strategic goals.. With his vast knowledge and experience, he has contributed towards developing a strict internal control system in the company. He supervises and manages back office operations within the company. He is also involved in evaluating employee's performance, departmental and company performance and devises plans for improvement. He has taken initiatives to, establish standardized internal audit systems and processes, and provided strategic mentoring and intensive, operational hand- holding support to the internal audit team.

Qualification - MBA in Finance Sumel is an experienced finance professional who has held leadership positions in multinational banks i.e. HSBC, Barclays Capital and Royal Bank of Scotland in the UK and management consultancy firms like Ernst and Young and Accenture. He is having vast knowledge and experience of over 17 years in financial and other sectors. He has strong communication and leadership qualities and also engaged whole time in the business activities of the company. He is young, dynamic, energetic, techno savvy and innovative. The organization is lucky to have a leader like him on board. His past experiences and hands on new age leadership style has helped the company to grow leaps and bounds with streamlined processes and system and a strong professional team.
