Emilda is a qualified Solicitor and a STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) member with many years experience in Private Client work having practised in Sheffield since qualifying in 1993. She was previously a partner in three Sheffield firms and has recently left Co-op Legal Services where she played a key role in establishing the probate and estate planning offering from the Sheffield office
Emilda is experienced in estate administration, preparation of wills, tax advice - including inheritance tax planning, capital gains tax and income tax for trusts and estates - the creation and administration of trusts (including Personal Injury trusts), Court of Protection and enduring/lasting powers of attorney, asset preservation and general elderly care advice. Emilda also deals with property transactions
