Dave is an experienced leader as well as Chartered Civil Engineer. He has 30 years' experience working in many infrastructure environments and leading multi-disciplinary teams both nationally and internationally.
Dave has led diverse and talented teams delivering to a wide-range of infrastructure and building design clients over the years. Initially joining Capita in 2001, as a regional director, Dave served on the Capita Symonds' executive board from 2007 - 2014.
Re-joining Capita from Amey in 2017, Dave has led the business through a period of exciting transformational change.

Based in the Cardiff Studio, Jason is an associate with over 15 years' experience in delivering and leading projects. Working predominantly within the education sector he has been involved in project delivery via various funding models including; the Building Schools for the Future (BSF) and Adapt Frameworks, along with the Academies and Free Schools Initiatives. He has a particular interest in heritage architecture and is currently delivering refurbishment scheme in a Grade I Listed building for the Foreign Commonwealth Office.
Mark has over 40 years' experience in highway infrastructure asset management, having worked across both the public and private sectors. Mark joined the Capita Real estate and infrastructure team in 2007 and is Chairman of the Redstart JV Company based in South Wales which has successfully delivered in excess of 3,000 projects (£75m).
Mark has focussed on the successful leadership and delivery of significant Joint Venture Partnerships and Frameworks implementing a range of operational collaboration initiatives and achieving strong client relationships through close attention to customer satisfaction.

Oliver is an experienced Finance Director, having joined the REI team in 2016.
An engineer, as well as an astute and focused finance professional, Oliver leads our Finance and Commercial functions as they manage our financial wellbeing across multi-disciplinary business portfolios and projects.
Dedicated to continuous improvement, Oliver works to simplify and synergise in his work, supporting positive transformation initiatives and acting as senior sponsor for business-wide change.
Paul has over 32 years of experience and is a Chartered Professional with a degree in Civil Engineering and an MSc in Contaminated Land Management. He is also a PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner.
In the early part of his career, Paul was involved in the delivery of major public-sector sewerage schemes for Carlisle City Council. Since then, his focus has been on delivering a wide variety of physical regeneration and infrastructure projects for a wide variety of public and private sector clients. He joined the Capita Real estate and infrastructure team in 2001.
Paul has 15 years' experience of managing and providing strong procedural control to large multi-disciplinary teams delivering complex and often inter-related projects. Over the past 10 years, he has also fulfilled numerous Project Director and Framework Management roles.
Paul is accountable to the REI Executive Board for the performance of teams across England and Wales. Prior to this, he was a Director with responsibility for the performance of our engineering, environmental and transportation business, comprising of 120 staff, located in Carlisle, North Tyneside, Glasgow, and Edinburgh.

Stuart has over 30 years' experience as a HR professional and has worked with a wide variety of businesses and sectors, including roles in large international teams and as an independent consultant.
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, he joined Capita Real estate and infrastructure in 2019 as Lead HR Business Par tner to drive the delivery of HR specialist activity, including supporting the business through a significant period of change. Stuart combines his strong operational and practical knowledge of HR with a strategic mind-set to contribute real value, passion, and insight to our team.
