Previously, Angela spent 24 years gaining a wealth of experience across health and social care in leadership roles, with responsibility for commissioning services to support and enable vulnerable adults with mental health, and substance misuse needs to get the best possible outcomes.

Beth Haile

Beth is Chartered Accountant, specialised in working within the Not-for-Profit sector. She cares about making a positive difference to people's lives and their communities. Over the past 15 years, she has worked for various organisations ranging from £1m - £96m turnover. At St Martins, she holds responsibilities of Finance and IT Strategy as well as being the Company Secretary. Before she joined St Martins, she worked for the Charterhouse Charity as their Finance Director and Company Secretary. Beth also holds a Steering Complex Projects certificate by Cambridge Judge Business School. Adding to her work skills, she is also a key team player in social and day-to-day life in the office. For the past 15 years, she has been involved in several cross-organisation projects including, a major office relocation, helping to establish a shared service centre, changing accounting systems, staff restructuring, helping set up the ‘Charterhouse Museum' and a coffee shop.

Carla King

Carla joined the St Martins of Tour Board in August 2023 and chairs the Audit and Risk committee. A chartered accountant, Carla has worked in the social housing sector for 20 years, including senior leadership roles at Peabody and Catalyst housing groups. Carla has extensive experience leading the finance function, most recently focusing on financial transformation, with a particular interest in performance improvement and financial sustainability.

Carlos Thibaut

Carlos has over 35 years' experience in Financial Services. His career began in Building Societies, he then went on to hold a number of senior leadership roles in Legal and General, including Direct Sales, Housing, Estate Agency and Bancassurance. He became a Board Director of various Legal and General subsidiaries and a Non-Executive Director of Alliance and Leicester Life Assurance Company. He became Group Managing Director of Lifetime Group in 2004 and became CEO of 360Dotnet Ltd,leading the business from specialised back office system to the fastest growing CRM in the mortgage market,with over 20% market share.He is a Board Trustee of St Martin of Tours Housing Association and NED and advisor for a number of start up businesses in the leisure and edtech sectors.he has been a Board Member of the SMP since 2019. Carlos was appointed Chair of the Society of Mortgage Professionals in January 2022

Chyrel Brown

Chyrel Brown is the Chief Operating Officer at One Housing, now part of The Riverside housing Group. Since joining in July 2019, Chyrel has made some important changes to the teams to improve responsiveness and the services provided and ensure that teams deliver excellent customer service. She leads on key operational areas of the business including property, housing, and repairs, and is responsible for building and fire safety. Previously, Chyrel was Director of Resident Services at Hyde Housing Group and, prior to that, Interim Group Director of Housing. Chyrel also held the role of Assistant Director at Circle Housing and has also worked at L&Q and Asra Housing. She is currently a Non-Executive Director at the Health & Safety Executive (HSE)and University College Hospital (UCLH) and a Board Member of Barnsbury Housing Association.

Dr Selina Siak - Treasurer

Selina joined the Board of St Martin's in March 2019 and became its Treasurer in May 2020. She was attracted to St. Martin's for its ethos, having battled depression herself. Selina is a qualified finance professional with extensive Board experience gained during an 18-year career encompassing senior advisory roles in the City of London, including nearly a decade at Goldman Sachs, followed by an entrepreneurial stint of quantitative investing and trading. Since 2007 she has worked with boards in a non-executive capacity. In addition to being a St Martin's trustee, she is an independent member of the Business Development, Growth & Investment Committee of the Livv Housing Group. Prior to working in finance, Selina was a research physicist at St. Catherine's College, Oxford. She holds a Ph.D. in Theoretical Condensed Matter Physics and the CFA charter. Selina is also a published novelist with two acclaimed works of historical fiction under her belt. When not working, she can usually be found on the water in a kayak or atop a paddle board.

Francesco is actively engaged in the education sector both as a non-executive director in a London multi-academy trust as well as mentor and advisor to young professionals and entrepreneurs. More recently, he has dedicated more time and focus on healthcare and mental health issues bringing his professional experience and personal passion to the service of those in need. Born and bred in Milan, Francesco now lives in London having previously worked and lived in Taiwan, Switzerland and Italy.

Gavin Haynes

Kath is an experienced Head of Department with 17 years' experience of delivering excellence in Mental Health, Learning Disability and Registered Care settings. Kath was previously the Head of Mental Health for One Housing and brings with her extensive supported housing experience. Kath is extremely passionate about creating safe spaces that support individuals becoming more independent. Having been a Registered Manager herself she is well aware of the needs of our CQC services and what we need to achieve an outstanding rating.

Kehinde Olutade

Kehinde joined St Martins of Tours in October 2020. He is experienced in the social housing and property service sector with 13 years of experience consisting of day-to-day responsive repairs and estate services, planned capital, cyclical, or regeneration works for both hard and soft service as well as the full suite of statutory health & safety compliance. Before joining St Martins, Kehinde was Repairs Operation Manager for Lambeth Council and brings with him ample property services experience.

Paul Hardisty - CEO

Paul joined St Martin of Tours in November 2022 as Chief Executive Officer. Paul is a housing professional with a wide range of experience ranging from a front-line patch housing officer at Birmingham City Council to director of housing at Halton Borough Council, plus many years of consultancy with KPMG and HQN. In recent years he has developed new housing projects funded by institutional investment and is passionate about using all forms of investment alongside traditional public subsidy to help St Martins meet its vision of become the housing provider of choice across London for people with complex mental health issues.

Tim Bishop - Chairman

Tim began his social work career in Islington and has more than 40 years of experience working in health and social care and has held senior strategic roles in both adult social care and NHS organisations. He has also held several non-executive roles in the public and not-for-profit sectors. Amongst other roles he is a non-executive director of Manx Care, the health and social care provider on the Isle of Man, and a member of the Assurance Committee of the Professional Records Standard Body. He was the Independent Chair of the Northamptonshire Safeguarding Adults Board for four years; a trustee and vice chair of the Camphill Village Trust; a non-executive on the board of Optalis, a Local Authority Trading company that provides social care in Berkshire, and a lay member and then vice chair of an NHS CCG.
