Practising as a Consultant Urologist since 2010, Alistair qualified from Southampton University Medical School in 1998 and progressed to become a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons (MRCS) in 2001. With a strong focus on teamwork, Alistair cites good communication as the most important factor when delivering quality care to patients.
A love of sport runs in the family, and Alistair is often busy taking his two children to their weekend activities when he's not playing a round of golf himself.

Jawayria joined the Evolve Medical team around seven months ago, following a 13-year-long career as a surgical nurse. Having left university with an Advanced Diploma in Nursing and a BSc (Hons) Degree in Adult Nursing, Jawayria has become a specialist in Morpheus8 and aesthetics treatments.
Mother to three boys, Jawayria loves a shopping spree and trips to the cinema when she's not watching her sons play cricket.

Qualifying as a Beauty Therapist in 1994, Laura began her clinical career in 2002 and later joined Evolve Medical in 2014. Laura's long list of qualifications includes City and Guilds advanced beauty therapy, Level 4 IPL and Laser, and many individual treatment certifications such as CACI, HD brows, LVL lashes and Hydrafacial. Having become one of the first beauty therapists in the country to be trained in medical-grade laser hair removal, Laura loves using her skills alongside a team of highly experienced professionals in a relaxed and friendly environment.
Although Laura loves to nick a few of her colleagues' leftover chips, she's dedicated to working it off, spending most of her free time in the gym.

Graduating as a Nurse in 2001 and beginning her Aesthetics career in 2009, Rachel went on to open the doors to Evolve Medical in 2014. As a specialist in anti-wrinkle treatment and facial/lip fillers, Rachel credits her team for Evolve's success - "the team I work alongside are amazing and we all get along so well it makes coming to work a pleasure". Rachel champions good skincare routines and has ensured that this is one of the key focuses of Evolve, helping to improve clients' self-confidence and well-being.
A self-confessed socialite, Rachel loves sharing a drink with friends and family or jetting off to tropical destinations in her free time.
Having completed his specialist training in Urology, Saurajyoti has been working as a Consultant Urologist since 2009. Holding an MBBS, an MS in General Surgery, a PhD and FRCS (Urology) qualification, Saurajyoti specialises in all aspects of General Urology including prostate problems, stone disease and men's health.
