Andrew Salmon joined the Board in September 2004 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in July 2018. He is also Chief Operating Officer and Head of Business Development of Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC. He was previously a director of Secure Trust Bank PLC and of Hambros Bank Limited and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG.

Angela Knight was appointed a Director in October 2016. She is also an independent non-executive director of Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC. Angela is a non-executive director of Vanquis Banking Group plc, Chair of the Board of Pool Reinsurance Company Limited, a director of Encore Capital Group, Inc and a non-executive independent board member of the Astana Financial Services Authority of Kazakhstan. She is also Master of the Worshipful Company of International Bankers.
She has a wealth of commercial and financial experience from her time in government as a Treasury Minister and as Chief Executive of the British Bankers' Association (now UK Finance) and of Energy UK. She was Member of Parliament for Erewash from 1992 to 1997. Her previous non-executive roles include Lloyds TSB plc, Scottish Widows, LogicaCMG plc, Transport for London, Port of London Authority, Brewin Dolphin Holdings plc, TP ICAP plc and Taylor Wimpey PLC. She was also Chair of the Office of Tax Simplification, an independent body of HM Treasury.

Chris has over 20 years banking experience including nine years spent at Coutts prior to joining Arbuthnot Latham in 2018. He is a client focused relationship manager with a track record helping entrepreneurs and business owners to manage their wealth and plan their finances. He now leads a team of Private Bankers based in Manchester, supporting high net worth individuals across the North West. Outside of work he is a busy father of three who finds occasional respite in the great outdoors.
Daniel Dagg joined the Board in November 2019 and is Chief Operating Officer, the role he has held since joining the Bank in November 2016. He has worked in financial services for over 30 years, having held a number of Senior leadership roles at Lloyds Banking Group, in their Retail Banking and Wealth Management Businesses, and for EY in their Wealth and Asset Management Advisory practice, prior to joining Arbuthnot Latham.

With over 38 years' experience in banking, wealth planning and investment, Mark helped to establish our Bristol presence in March 2017 and as Director now heads our rapidly growing Bristol office. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment, Mark previously held senior positions with Lloyds Bank, Coutts & Co, Credit Suisse and Duncan Lawrie. Mark is passionate about supporting entrepreneurs and family businesses and he continues to work with HNW individuals and their advisors through his own client portfolio and extensive professional network.
Martin joined Arbuthnot Latham in 2016. He has over 20 years' experience advising international private banking clients, with a focus on individuals with links to Asia. He began his career in 1999 with Coutts & Co in London.
Outside of work Martin enjoys time abroad, usually in the Tuscan hills, or at home playing football with his son.

He was a Partner for 23 years in the Financial Services Practice of KPMG where he led the regional practice. He retired in 2018 after 38 years with the firm. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Recognise Bank.

Rob has over 30 years' experience in the local banking sector, holding senior positions in a number of different parts of the industry across the South West of England. He joined Arbuthnot Latham in 2016 to set up the Commercial Banking offering in Exeter and now heads the office of private and commercial bankers and wealth planners. Rob remains a client-focused banker himself and enjoys helping clients along their financial journey.
Ross joined Arbuthnot Latham in 2012 when the international team for the bank was formed. Prior to that he was at Coutts & Co for 15 years working primarily with international clients, focusing on UK resident non-domiciled individuals and expats.

(USA) and a member of the Property Trust Board, City & Guilds Art School. Sir Alan is an Alderman, Magistrate and HM Lieutenant of the City of London, a member of the Court of the Fishmongers' Company and a member of the Takeover Appeal Board. Sir Alan was Lord Mayor of the City of London for the year 2014-15 and was previously Chairman of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.

Appointed to the Board in December 1985. Sir Henry is the Chairman and Chief Executive. He is also President and a director of Arbuthnot Latham & Co., Limited of which he was Chairman from 1994 to 2022. He gained extensive national and international experience as an executive of The Dow Chemical Company and Dow Banking Corporation. He was previously Chairman and a director of Secure Trust Bank PLC, Chairman of the Banking Committee of the London Investment Banking Association and a director of the Institute of Directors. He is a Past Master of the Worshipful Company of International Bankers, where he is still a member of the Court.
Stephen Kelly joined the Board in September 2009 as Finance Director and was appointed Chief Risk Officer in April 2019. He has over 20 years' experience within the Financial Services industry. Prior to joining Arbuthnot Latham, Stephen held senior positions at Citibank Consumer Group EMEA, and Egg Plc. He is a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
