CHERWELL INVESTMENTS - Key Persons
Alex co-founded The Cherwell Group with Tom Holroyd in 1991 and together they are responsible for the consistent and strategic growth of the rental portfolio. Alex has a vast wealth of experience in both residential and commercial development and played an integral role in establishing the development side of the business.
Finty joined Cherwell in 2020 and is responsible for the letting, renewals and management of our portfolio. Previously Finty worked at a prime London Estate Agency as a negotiator and manager and brings with her a wealth of experience, knowledge and professionalism to the role, along with her friendly nature to supply our tenants with a top service.
Jason joined Cherwell in 2021 having previously worked for a large residential led property fund in London. He has over 12 years experience in residential led and mixed-use development across London and the South East of England. Jason is responsible for all development projects from conception through to completion and has particular focus on acquisitions. He has also been a keen supporter of the Princes Trust.
Luci joined Cherwell in 2006 and oversees the financial management and financial reporting of Cherwell and assisting the Managing Director with the group's financial strategy. Luci is also a director of Cherwell Investments Ltd.
Myles joined Cherwell in 2021 having previously managed offices for Winkworth, Humberts and Chestertons. Myles then partnered with a private developer overseeing acquisitions and management of the building teams, later expanding the company into property management. With offer 25 years experience in all aspects of residential property, Myles oversees the refurbishment strategy and management of The Cherwell Group's prime London portfolio.

Paul joined Cherwell in 2006 from EC Harris LLP. A member of the Royal Institute of Surveyors, Paul has over 16 years experience in prime residential & mixed-use development. Paul has held key positions across a number of projects totalling in excess of £750million in sales value - representing over 250 delivered units. Along with Tim Costin, Paul is responsible for all development projects from conception through to completion.

Richard joined Cherwell as Land Director in 1999 having previously held a number of senior positions in some of London's leading residential Estate Agencies. With over 25 years experience of prime residential sales and acquisitions, Richard understands every aspect of residential development and has an excellent track record of achieving planning consents and optimising land value.
Tim joined Cherwell in 2007 from Gardiner & Theobald LLP. Tim is a Chartered Surveyor with over 16 years experience in the residential and retail sectors including the delivery of successful projects in Africa. Tim has held key positions across a number of mixed-use projects totalling in excess of £650million in sales value, representing over 700 private and affordable residential units. Along with Paul Duddridge, Tim is responsible for all development projects from conception through to completion.

Tom co-founded The Cherwell Group with Alex Thompson in 1991 having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor with Weatherall Green & Smith. Tom has extensive knowledge of residential and commercial development, specialising in identifying prime development opportunities and securing planning consent on complex sites. Tom manages the financial strategy of the business and oversees all investment and development activities.
