I love working in IT because I find using my skills to help people intensely rewarding. In my free time I enjoy video games, skateboarding and various craft hobbies.
I've worked in the IT field for 18 years, I love the different challenges that come with providing solutions to clients which increase efficiency and improve day-to-day work flows. In my free time I enjoy miniature war games and watching Esports.

I have been a lead generator for a number of years, I enjoy the challenges the role with Nova brings. It's great speaking with different people each day. In my spare time I enjoy live music, watercolour painting and I am a keen potter.
Prior to co-founding Nova in 2018, I played a key role in revolutionising the way Microsoft Office 365 delivered support, with the primary objective being exceptional customer service. Having a wealth of experience being a technician myself, developing staff, and managing support teams, the role of Operations Director at Nova is a perfect fit. As of 2022 I'm also now excited to be the Operations Director of The Nebula Group and Polaris where I'm confident I'll gain even more experience in creating a truly industry-leading IT support service.
After graduating from Bristol University in Computer Systems Engineering, I started my career in London as a Junior IT Support Agent. Over 15 years I progressed rapidly, settling back in Bristol as Operations Director for an IT Service Provider and starting a family. In 2018, I took the leap into setting up my own business and, with Mike, I cofounded Nova.
I have always had a passion for IT since I was a teenager, so I jumped at the opportunity to work at Nova. In my spare time I enjoy attending and coordinating live events, as well as creating my own music.

I have been with Nova for almost 2 years, I love IT for the problem solving and the satisfaction of helping people. In my spare time I enjoy playing video games with friends and walking holidays.
I have always enjoyed solving problems and helping people, so that combined with my love of technology makes working with Nova a fantastic fit for me. In my spare time I enjoy all sorts of gaming, adding too many books to my "to read" pile and studying martial arts.
