Around the World in 82 Dishes is an annual local-dining event organized by the 82nd Avenue Business Association. As part of our 2023 event the 82nd Avenue Business Association launched a dining passport program, where passport participants can win over $100 in prizes and discounts just by visiting food and beverage businesses on 82nd Avenue... CORE PDX and Eastport Food Carts are two established food cart pods on 82nd Avenue just south of Powell Blvd. CORE offers a large event space with multiple food cart options and plenty of parking. Eastport on the other hand includes 25 food carts and a craft beer & wine bar with a wide variety of food and beverage options to choose from.
