Since 2007, Brendan has maintained a professional commitment to move people to an improved state of awareness, understanding, and balance in their financial lives. He has successfully managed a personal financial practice while also assuming support roles extending to advisor development and coaching, management, recruiting, internal faculty, economic modeling, and content creation. He is well-known for his ability to clarify complex financial concepts and has been a speaker at numerous conferences, promoting industry understanding among both professionals and clients.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Brendan is recognized for his community involvement and leadership. He has lent his insights and experience to actively promote philanthropy and community engagement on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and served as a founding board member of the Tarrant County Adult Protective Services Community Board, founding board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters Young Professionals, President of the United Way of Tarrant County Young Leaders Society, and affiliated member of the Tarrant County Bar Association and Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association.
Brendan lives in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife, son, and two dogs. He spends his personal time with them traveling, hiking, coaching and playing soccer, and playing the occasional gig - he is a former studio and touring drummer.
Daryl Chambers is a Financial Professional at 9I Capital Group LLC. As a Financial Professional, Daryl helps analyze clients at various financial stages of their lives, to help guide them to meeting their short term and long-term objectives.
Daryl received his BBA in Finance and Accounting in May 2002 from Texas Christian University. Daryl has obtained his Group 1 license and is in the process of obtaining his securities licenses.
Before entering the financial industry, Daryl worked most of his career in the Private Equity industry as an accountant at Sixth Street, Crestline Investors and TPG.
Daryl was appointed by Governor Greg Abbot to the board of the Texas Board of Nursing (BON) in February 2021 and is serving a six (6) year term as a public board member.
Born in San Antonio, Texas, Daryl later moved to Fort Worth with his father and mother who both served in the US military and proudly calls Fort Worth home. He resides in town with his wife Amber and three children, Desmond Miles, Elle Bee, and Emery Bunny.

James Mcglynn is a CFA (Certified Financial Analyst) and RICP® (Retirement Income Certified Professional). James contributes to our daily blogs here at 9I Capital Group and also provides his expertise on a case-by-case basis. He has written a Retirement Tips For Baby Boomers being a Boomer himself and provides us with a endless amount of real life retirement information.
James Mcglynn graduated from the University of Texas and became an analyst with Utimco from 1980-1983. He then became a portfolio manager for American National from 1984-1991, then moving to Tom Johnson Investment Mgmt from 1991-1999. He worked with Summit Partners for roughly 9 years and then Calvert Investments from 2008-2014.
James Mcglynn opened his own consulting practice in 2017 and is now providing us his expertise here at 9I Capital Group LLC. We are lucky to have him on board.

Kevin Thompson is the Founder and CEO of 9I Capital Group LLC. As a Wealth Management Advisor, Kevin facilitates the financial professional/client relationship by helping to analyze one's financial needs while developing a framework that can best address one's objectives. The 9I Capital Group philosophy is a system that allows the client to understand their entire financial picture under one platform which allows for the advisor to discover waste and ways to help the client manage risk.
Kevin Thompson is the host of the 9Innings Podcast where he interviews industry professionals and provides financial based content.
Kevin Thompson uses fundamental and technical analysis to influence investing decisions. Kevin is excellent at dissecting financial statements and analyzing data to perfect his investing decisions while using technical research to provide for liquidity and supply/demand metrics ascertained from equity markets.
Kevin received his BBA in Finance on May 15th 2011 from the University of Texas at Arlington. Kevin has obtained his Series 7, 24, 63, 66 and Group 1 licenses. Kevin is a Certified Financial Planner™️ Professional, And a Retirement Income Certified Professional®️.

A graduate of St Edwards University in 2013, Lindsey is a creative thinker and received her Series 65 in 2022 and has not looked back. Her ability to take in core concepts quickly and help build financial plans has been very welcoming. An entreprenueral mindset, she will fit right in at 9i Capital Group.
