Ahmed is Operations Procurement Manager with ALEC FITOUT since 2013, responsible for managing over half a billion dirhams of procurement across different packages, fit out trades & FF&E locally as well as overseas. Ahmed has held a variety of senior positions within the Fit-out construction industry in UAE. His priority is to develop, implement process & improve strategies to streamline sourcing and procurement, maintain supplier relationships, negotiate prices, develop new supply sources as needed and pro-actively identify potential future supply partners.
Anand joined ALEC FITOUT in 2013, bringing with him 25 years of Estimating experience in the UAE. Anand was Sr. Estimation Manager with Laing O'Rourke prior to joining ALEC FITOUT. His strengths are process, quality and positive energy. Anand is currently heading the Estimating team and encourages working collaboratively resulting in effective proposals meeting Client's expectations.
Since 2012, Damien has taken the lead in the development of the ALEC FITOUT Design department. With his past experience in the Leisure, Hotel, Commercial and Residential sectors, he has been able to form a solid design team to facilitate our client's needs and expectations. His awareness of the latest design management tools and their benefit to the industry, ensures that our team have all the opportunities to maximize their skills and deliver the quality end product that is benchmarked by ALEC.
Denis is a strategic thinking CRM Manager who aligns his team to ensure safety is a priority throughout the business. His collaborative approach enables him to work closely with operational teams providing solutions and support for complex activities. Dennis oversee the overall safety of the business.
Kevin has over 20 years' experience working throughout the UAE and wider GCC region. He commenced his career in the oil and gas sector before moving to public and private sector projects in both building and civil engineering. He joined ALEC FITOUT in 2015 and is currently overseeing the commercial department of ALEC FITOUT.
Laurent joined ALEC FITOUT in 2008 bringing with him 24 years' experience of delivering luxury interior fit-out projects in Europe, the Levant and the GCC.
Over the years, Laurent has played a key role in the growth and development of ALEC FITOUT across the region. He has developed the ability to maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders. Laurent currently oversees the operations of ALEC FITOUT and the business unit goal ensuring quality delivery, timely completion & profitability of the business.

Tom manages and leads ALEC FITOUT's business development strategy and is responsible for managing bids to secure fit out and refurbishment projects across hospitality, leisure, aviation, luxury residential and mixed use developments in UAE & MENA region. Tom's experience and relational skills enable him to work effectively with all bid stakeholders to ensure ALEC FITOUT develop longstanding relationships with clients, consultants and suppliers in the market.
