Adam D'Angelo has served as a member of our board of directors since December 2008. Mr. D'Angelo founded Quora Inc., a question-and-answer website, and since June 2009, has served as its Chief Executive Officer. From June 2005 to June 2008, Mr. D'Angelo served in a variety of senior roles at Facebook, Inc., a social media and networking company, including Chief Technology Officer, from November 2006 to June 2008. Mr. D'Angelo holds a B.S. in computer science from the California Institute of Technology.
Alex Hood is Asana's Head of Product, leading the company's product strategy and product organization, including product management, design and user research. Prior to Asana, Alex was a VP of Product Management at Intuit and led QuickBooks Online. Alex was also the VP of Product at TubeMogul, which is now Adobe's Advertising Cloud, and held positions at the Nasdaq Stock Market. Alex received his B.A. from American University and MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.

Amit Singh has served as a member of our board of directors since November 2021. Since August 2021, Mr. Singh has served as Chief Business Officer of Palo Alto Networks. He previously served as President of Palo Alto Networks from November 2018 to August 2021. Prior to joining Palo Alto Networks in 2018, Mr. Singh held several roles at Google, including as Vice President, Business & Operations, VR/AR from May 2016 to October 2018 and as President, Google Cloud from March 2010 to May 2016. Prior to Google, Mr. Singh spent 20 years at Oracle in various product, engineering, sales and strategy roles.
Mr. Singh holds a M.S. in Industrial and Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a B.S.in Electrical Engineering from the Delhi College of Engineering.

Andrew Lindsay has served as a member of our board of directors since July 2021. Since May 2022, Mr. Lindsay has served as Corporate Vice President, Industry, Data and Apps Business Development of Microsoft Corporation, a multinational technology company. Mr. Lindsay previously served as Senior VP of Corporate and Business Development of HubSpot, Inc., a customer relationship management platform, from July 2020 to April 2022 and as HubSpot's VP of Corporate and Business Development from January 2018 to July 2020. Prior to joining HubSpot, Mr. Lindsay held several positions at Jawbone, a wearable technology company, from December 2011 to December 2017, most recently as the VP of Corporate Development. He was previously a consultant with McKinsey & Company, a management consulting firm, and a mergers and acquisitions investment banker with Merrill Lynch & Co., an investment bank. Mr. Lindsay holds a B.S. in Biology from Howard University, where he also helped found the University's Center for Digital Business. Mr. Lindsay also holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Anna has spent most of her career working in people operations at technology start-ups, connecting people programs to business objectives and values. As head of people operations at Asana, she leads the company's efforts in recruiting, total rewards, diversity and inclusion, learning, development, and employee engagement. Before joining Asana, Anna worked in similar roles at MuleSoft, Readyforce, and IronPort Systems.
She holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Oregon and an MBA from IESE in Spain.
Anne Raimondi is Asana's COO and Head of Business, leading and scaling Asana's growth and global business operations and go-to market teams, including sales, marketing, customer operations, partner programs and business development. Anne is an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience leading various product and business functions in fast-growing SaaS companies. Prior to her role at Asana, she was the Chief Customer Officer at Guru, Senior Vice President Operations at Zendesk, Chief Revenue Officer at TaskRabbit and held senior positions with SurveyMonkey and eBay. She holds a B.A. in Economics and Sociology, and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.

Dustin Moskovitz is the co-founder and CEO of Asana. As Asana's CEO, Dustin is dedicated to creating a product that helps the world's teams collaborate effortlessly, in addition to leading the company's award-winning culture. Prior to founding Asana, Dustin co-founded Facebook and served as the company's first Chief Technology Officer and VP of Engineering. Dustin majored in economics at Harvard University prior to joining Facebook full-time in 2004.

Eleanor Lacey is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Asana. Eleanor oversees Asana's global legal department including all areas of public company reporting, corporate, equity, commercial, product, and legal operations. Prior to joining Asana, Eleanor served as Chief Legal Officer for the global cybersecurity software company Sophos. Before her time at Sophos, Eleanor led the legal teams for a number of leading B2B and B2C companies including SurveyMonkey, Corel Corporation, and Niku Corporation.
Eleanor received her JD from Yale Law School and her B.A. from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, in addition to studying Chinese history at Shaanxi Normal University in Xian, China and Mandarin at the University of California, Santa Cruz and Tunghai University in Taiwan. Eleanor lives in Menlo Park with her husband and two daughters and is looking forward to traveling when the world opens up again.

Justin Rosenstein co-founded Asana and has served as a member of our board of directors since December 2008. Mr. Rosenstein served as our Chief Executive Officer from February 2009 to October 2010, and as our President from October 2010 to February 2019. Previously, Mr. Rosenstein served as an Engineer and Engineering Manager at Facebook, Inc., a social media and networking company, from May 2007 to November 2008, and as a Product Manager at Google Inc., a multinational technology company, from March 2004 to April 2007. Krista Anderson-Copperman has served as a member of our board of directors since July 2022. Ms. Anderson-Copperman currently serves as an advisor and board director across a number of private SaaS companies and non-profit entities including Benchling, Better Cloud, Trove, Attentive, The Advocates for Survivors of Domestic Abuse, and Gainsight. Since January 2022, she has also served as a venture partner at Technology Crossover Ventures (TCV). Ms. Anderson-Copperman was previously the Chief Customer Officer at Okta, Inc., an identity management software company, from March 2014 to March 2020. Prior to joining Okta, she spent 14 years at Salesforce, Inc., an enterprise cloud computing and social enterprise solutions company, from November 2000 to January 2014, where she served in several senior management roles including Senior Vice President Customers for Life and Senior Vice President Global Support & Customer Success. Ms. Anderson-Copperman holds a B.A. in psychology from the University of Oregon.

Lorrie Norrington has served as a member of our board of directors since July 2019 and as our lead independent director since August 2021. Ms. Norrington has served as an operating partner of Lead Edge Capital LLC, a growth equity investment firm, since October 2012. Ms. Norrington previously served in several senior management roles at eBay Inc., a multinational e-commerce publicly traded company, from June 2005 to September 2010, including President of Global eBay Marketplaces, Chief Operating Officer of eBay Marketplaces, and President of eBay International. Ms. Norrington currently serves on the boards of directors of Autodesk, Inc., HubSpot, Inc., and Colgate-Palmolive Company, and she also previously served on the boards of directors of Eventbrite, Inc. from April 2015 to August 2020 and of DirectTV from February 2011 to August 2015. Matthew Cohler has served as a member of our board of directors since November 2009. Mr. Cohler has been a Partner at Benchmark Capital, a venture capital firm, since June 2008. Before Benchmark Capital, Mr. Cohler served as the Vice President of Product Management at Facebook, Inc., a social media and networking company, from 2005 to June 2008, and as the Vice President of LinkedIn Corporation, an internet software company, from 2003 to 2005. Mr. Cohler has served on the board of directors of 1stDibs, Inc., an e-commerce company, since September 2011 and on the board of directors of KKR & Co. Inc. (NYSE: KKR), a global investment firm, since December 2021. Mr. Cohler previously served on the boards of directors of Domo, Inc. from July 2011 to March 2019, and Uber Technologies, Inc. from June 2017 to July 2019. Neeracha Taychakhoonavudh is the Head of Customer Experience, leading all post-sales functions including User Operations (Support), Success, Services, Education, and Renewals. Prior to joining Asana, she spent thirteen years at Salesforce where she led Customer Success, Partners and Industry go-to-market teams. Neeracha is respected as a customer success thought leader, focusing on how the flywheel effect of post-sales excellence fuels top line growth. She has a long-established career within the tech industry, including positions at Oracle and smaller startups. Neeracha is on the board of directors at the Girl Scouts of Northern California, and Safe and Sound, a SF-based non-profit. Neeracha holds an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and a B.A. in International Relations and Economics from Stanford University.
As head of engineering, Prashant leads Asana's growing engineering organization towards high velocity, sustainability, and quality. Before joining Asana, Prashant started and led the Bay Area team building Amazon DynamoDB, a fully managed NoSQL database service. He also led engineering for mobile advertising start-up Vdopia and worked on storage systems at IBM Research.
Prashant earned an M.S. in Computer Science from UIUC, and a BTech(Hons) in Computer Science from BITS, Pilani.

Saket Srivastava is the Head of Enterprise Technology & IT. In this role he oversees Asana's IT organization, including optimizing technology systems and processes, connecting technology strategy to overarching business strategy, and ensuring that technology infrastructure supports organizational goals. Previously, Saket held executive positions at Square, Guidewire Software, and other leading technology companies. Saket holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and an MBA from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business.
Shannon Duffy is the Head of Marketing at Asana, leading global marketing efforts, including corporate, product, growth, revenue, and engagement. Prior to Asana, Shannon held the role of Executive Vice President Cloud & Industry Marketing at Salesforce. In this role she guided messaging, experiences, and go-to-market strategy for their flagship products. A technology marketing veteran, Shannon has held leadership positions in the industry since 2003. Shannon graduated from Boston College with a B.A. in Communications.

Ms. Carey also served as an advisor to Sumo Logic, Inc., a data analytics company, from August 2021 to December 2021. Previously, from November 2018 to August 2021, Ms. Carey served as the Chief Financial Officer of Sumo Logic. From December 2017 to October 2018, Ms. Carey served as the Chief Financial Officer for Duo Security, Inc., a software security company. From June 2016 to December 2017, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Apttus Corporation, a business-to-business software company. From February 2015 to June 2016, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Zscaler, Inc., an information security company, and from April 2013 to February 2015, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of MongoDB Inc., a software company. Ms. Carey previously served as a member of the board of directors of Lead Edge Growth Opportunities, Ltd, a special purpose acquisition company, from March 2021 to March 2023, Bazaarvoice, Inc. from April 2012 to September 2017, and Proofpoint, Inc. from January 2014 to March 2015. Tim Wan is the Head of Finance at Asana, responsible for accounting and financial planning for all business operations. Before joining Asana, Tim served as CFO at Apigee, a leading SaaS provider of API platform technology and services for enterprises and developers. During his tenure, Tim successfully led the company through its IPO and eventual acquisition by Google. Prior to Apigee, Tim spent 13 years at Real Networks, including serving as the company's CFO. Tim earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and MBA from the University of Southern California.
