Aaron Lipeles is Chief Technology Officer at ATLAS SP. Aaron oversees all aspects of technology and drives the design and implementation of the ATLAS SP technology strategy, building a resilient, secure, and dynamic infrastructure backbone designed for growth and innovation. He serves as a member of the ATLAS SP Executive Committee.
Prior to joining ATLAS SP, Aaron served as Global Head of Enterprise Data and Analytics at Credit Suisse. Over the course of his career, Aaron held various technology leadership roles at UBS Investment Bank, Bloomberg LP, and others.
Aaron received his BA in Philosophy from Tufts University and his M.A. and M.Phil. in Philosophy from CUNY Graduate Center.

Anthony Hermann is Head of APAC at ATLAS SP. Anthony is responsible for the leadership and management of ATLAS-SP APAC business.
Prior to joining ATLAS SP, Anthony was Head of APAC Credit at Apollo Global Management. Before this, Anthony ran the Global Markets and Credit Portfolio businesses at Commonwealth Bank of Australia. He had a 22-year career at JP Morgan across New York and Sydney.
Anthony received his BS in Business/Commerce from Ithaca College and his MBA from Fordham University.

Arielle Savino is Chief of Staff at ATLAS SP. Arielle is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategy of the firm and acts as an adviser to the CEO. She serves as a member of the ATLAS SP Executive Committee.
Prior to ATLAS SP, Arielle was Chief of Staff in the Securitized Products Group at Credit Suisse. Before this, she served as a COO in the group. Arielle began her career with Credit Suisse in 2007 as an Administrative Assistant in the Private Bank.
Arielle received a BA in Psychology from the University of Delaware.

Ashely Matteo is Chief Risk Officer at ATLAS SP. Ashley provides oversight of the firm's spectrum of risk-taking activities encompassing economic risks including credit, market, liquidity as well as other core risks including operational and reputation risk. She is developing controls and governance across ATLAS SP activities. She is a member of the ATLAS SP Executive Committee and a voting member of the ATLAS SP Investment and Underwriting Committees.
Ashley joined ATLAS SP from Citigroup where she was the Head of first line Risk in Equities managing risk activity across Global Equities. Over the course of her career, Ashley held various leadership roles in Risk and in Markets, covering Structured Products, Equities and Credit. Ashley began her career in 2004 at Citigroup as an investment banking analyst in the Financial Institutions Group.

Bill Moody is Head of Private Capital Markets at ATLAS SP. Bill is responsible for capital solutions activities and syndication of private transactions.
Prior to joining ATLAS SP, Bill held various roles in Securitized Product Sales and Private Side Syndication at Credit Suisse, which he joined in 2004. Before this, Bill worked at Goldman Sachs.
Bill received his BA in History from Union College and his Masters in History from the University of St Andrews in Scotland.
Bill is a supporter of Horizons along with his wife Barbara who serves on the Board of Trustees, a program focused on providing underserved children and youth year-round academic and enrichment programs in order to close the opportunity gap. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Darien Youth Hockey Organization.

Craig Leonard is Co-Head of Distribution at ATLAS SP. Craig is responsible for partnering with the product verticals to enable the distribution and execution of all new issue transactions. Prior to joining ATLAS SP, Craig was Head of Securitized Products Syndicate at Credit Suisse, which he joined in 2010. Before this, Craig served as the Head of the Securitized Products Syndicate at Barclays Capital.

Dan King is Head of Structuring at ATLAS SP. Dan is responsible for designing financing structures, rating agency optimization, and cash flow modeling for the ATLAS SP term securitization and lending business.
Prior to joining ATLAS SP, Dan worked in the Securitized Products Group at Credit Suisse, which he joined in 2011. Before this, Dan worked in similar roles at Barclays Capital and Citigroup.
Dan received his BS in Computer Science and Quantitative Economics from Tufts University.

Evan Tyner is Chief Human Resources Officer at ATLAS SP. Evan is responsible for overseeing the organization's talent recruitment, training and development, diversity and inclusion, total rewards, and employee relations. He serves as a member of the ATLAS SP Executive Committee.
Prior to joining ATLAS SP, Evan was a Managing Director in Accenture's Talent & Organization practice where he advised multinational financial services organizations as they strategized, designed, and executed global talent management programs, pre- and post-merger integrations, and various HR and workforce initiatives. Before this, Evan served as a leader in Deloitte's Human Capital, Investment Management and Real Estate consulting practice, where he started his career.
Evan received his BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and his MBA from Columbia Business School.

George Travers is Chief Financial Officer at ATLAS SP. George is responsible for financial reporting, treasury, valuation, business planning and tax activities. He serves as a member of the ATLAS SP Executive Committee, co-chair of the Liquidity, Valuation and Expense Allocation Committees and a voting member of the Underwriting committee.
Prior to ATLAS SP, George was Chief Financial Officer of Apollo Global Management's Credit Business from 2014-2022, overseeing growth from $55 billion AUM to over $350 billion AUM. He was also a divisional co-chair of the Apollo Women's Empowerment Network. From 2007 to 2014, George was the global Fund Controller for direct hedge funds and mutual funds at Goldman Sachs Asset Management. From 2005 to 2007, George was the Chief Financial Officer for Dillon Read Capital Management. From 1990-2005, George worked at Deloitte, serving as Partner from 2000-2005 in the Capital Markets practice.
George is a Chartered Financial Analyst, Certified Public Accountant (nonp) and a member of the AICPA and New York Society of CPAs. George received his BBA in Accounting with High Honors from University of Notre Dame and received his MBA in Finance, Summa Cum Laude, from Columbia University.

Jason O'Brien is Head of Europe at ATLAS SP. Jason is responsible for origination, syndication, underwriting and structuring of secured financings across a wide variety of asset classes including commercial real estate, residential mortgages, consumer loans, early stage, SME loans, trade receivable finance and other esoteric asset classes working with financial sponsors, hedge funds, asset managers, non-bank lenders and other innovative clients across Europe.
Prior to joining ATLAS SP, Jason was a Managing Director and Head of Origination and Syndication within the European Securitized Products Group at Credit Suisse which he joined 2011. Jason previously works at Jefferies, RBS and Barclays.
Jason received his BA from the University of California Berkeley and his MBA from the Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University.

Jay Kim is Chief Executive Officer of ATLAS SP. Jay leads the day-to-day operations of ATLAS SP and is responsible for the overall strategic direction and growth of the fund. He serves as the chair of the ATLAS SP Executive Committee and is a voting member of the Investment and Underwriting Committees.
Prior to joining ATLAS SP, Jay served as Global Head of Fixed Income and Global Head of Securitized Products at Credit Suisse, joining the firm in 2011. In addition, he served as a member of the Investment Bank Management Committee and as a board member of Credit Suisse Holdings USA. Before this, he also served as Co-Head of Securitized Products Origination Group at Barclays since 2001. He began his career as an analyst at Brown Brothers Harriman before transitioning to an associate at Barclays and Salomon Smith Barney.

Jon-Claude Zucconi is Head of Tactical Situations at ATLAS SP. Jon-Claude is responsible for bank and FinTech capital optimization, intellectual property, sports finance, and early stage/venture capital coverage.
Prior to joining ATLAS SP, Jon-Claude was Head of Tactical Situations in the Securitized Product Group at Credit Suisse, which he joined in 2011. Before this, Jon-Claude held similar roles at Barclays Capital and Salomon Smith Barney.

Jonathan Fisher is Co-Head of Consumer/Commercial Origination at ATLAS SP. Jonathan is responsible for financing, loan purchase and capital market solutions across consumer loan, credit card, timeshare, whole business securitization and other asset classes.
Prior to joining ATLAS SP, Jonathan was a member of the Securitized Products Group at Credit Suisse, which he joined in 2015. Before this, Jonathan worked in similar positions at Deutsche Bank and Royal Bank of Scotland.

Matt Masso is Co-Head of Origination at ATLAS SP. Matt is responsible for overseeing the origination teams across their client coverage, financing, advisory and capital markets efforts globally on transactions secured by residential real estate, commercial real estate and all consumer/commercial asset classes. He serves as a member of the ATLAS SP Executive Committee and is a voting member of the Investment Committee.
Prior to joining ATLAS SP, Matt was Head of CRE Finance in the Securitized Products Group at Credit Suisse, which he joined in 2013. Before this, Matt worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Real Estate Structured Finance group.

Maura Miraglia is Co-Head of Consumer/Commercial Origination at ATLAS SP. Maura focuses on transactions secured by a wide variety of non-traditional asset classes including triple-net leases, royalties/intellectual property, tax liens, property assessed clean energy as well as whole business structures.
Prior to joining ATLAS SP, Maura served in a variety of roles in the Securitized Products Group and Global Markets Solutions Group at Credit Suisse, which she joined in 2008.

Patrick "PJ" Hart is Head of Portfolio Management at ATLAS SP. PJ is responsible for portfolio management and oversees non-recourse lending. He serves as a member of the ATLAS SP Executive Committee and is a voting member of the Investment Committee.
Prior to joining ATLAS SP, PJ was Head of the Conduit and Warehouse Financing in the Securitized Products Group at Credit Suisse, which he joined in 2014. Before this, PJ worked in various positions at First Republic Investment Management and Lehman Brothers/Barclays.

Prior to joining ATLAS SP, Patrick was Head of Securitized Products Sales at Credit Suisse, which he joined in 2014. Before this, he served as Head of Global Securitized Products and US Sales at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and held various Sales roles at Salomon Brothers/Citi and Prudential Securities.

Peter Sack is Co-Head of Residential Mortgage Origination at ATLAS SP. Pete is responsible for financing and securitization underwriting of newly-originated and seasoned agency, non-agency and non-performing residential mortgages and related assets, including mortgage warehouse financing.
Prior to joining ATLAS SP, Pete was Head of Mortgage Finance in the Securitized Products Group at Credit Suisse, which he joined in 2001. Before this, Pete was an attorney with the law firm Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP advising clients on residential and commercial mortgage securitizations and derivative transactions.

Robert Durden is Co-Head of Residential Mortgage Finance Origination at ATLAS SP responsible for producing residential mortgage client solutions. Robert leverages his extensive residential mortgage experience to deliver securitization underwriting, warehouse financing and portfolio solution services across newly originated and legacy mortgages in each of the agency and non-agency mortgage sectors.
Prior to joining ATLAS SP, Robert was a Managing Director in the Securitized Products Group at Credit Suisse, which he joined in 2014. Prior to Credit Suisse, Robert worked in a similar residential mortgage capacity at JP Morgan, which he joined in 2008. Prior to JP Morgan, Robert was in the residential mortgage group of Bear Stearns where he began his career.

Robert Jee is Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at ATLAS SP. Rob is responsible for the development and management of our legal and compliance policies, procedures and programs, while working closely with our business teams to optimize our business operations. He serves as a member of the ATLAS SP Executive Committee.
Prior to joining ATLAS SP, Rob was the Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Legal Counsel for Guggenheim Partners Investment Management, with responsibility for the Firm's U.S., European and Asian institutional investment management business and most recently as Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Legal Counsel for Guggenheim's global investment banking business. Prior to this, Rob advised clients in the U.S., Europe and Asia on corporate finance transactions and securities law and regulation for a firm he founded, Jee, LLC. Previously, he was an investment banking and capital markets attorney for Morgan Stanley and later Morgan Stanley's Chief Legal Officer for Australia.
Rob is a New York Attorney and an English Solicitor and holds a law degree from York College of Law and undergraduate degree in Law from University of Southampton, both in the UK.

Ryan Bernholz is Head of Portfolio Partners at ATLAS SP. Ryan is responsible for overseeing the investment and securitization of loans across residential, ABS and CRE. He serves as a member of the ATLAS SP Executive Committee and is a voting member of the Investment and Underwriting Committee.
Prior to joining ATLAS SP, Ryan was Co-Head of Securitized Products Trading at Credit Suisse, which he joined in 2002. Before this, Ryan held several different roles at Credit Suisse including running the CMO, agency CMBS, and non-agency residential mortgage trading businesses.
Ryan received his BS in Finance and Economics from Lehigh University. As a former collegiate All-America wrestler, Ryan is on the board of the Lehigh Valley Wrestling club, a not-for-profit organization focused on providing elite amateur wrestlers an environment where they can pursue world and Olympic aspirations.

Sean Lacerte McKenna is Chief Operating Officer of ATLAS SP. Sean is responsible for overseeing the firm's governance, compliance, operations and technology, as well as ensuring coordination across the platform to meet our investment and client needs. He serves as a member of the ATLAS SP Executive Committee and is a voting member of the Investment and Underwriting Committees.
Prior to ATLAS SP, Sean focused on business and product development, funding and hedging initiatives in the Securitized Products Group at Credit Suisse Before this, he served as Partner, General Counsel and COO at C12 Capital Management LP, the formation of which Sean led as a $14bn credit and macro fund carve-out from Barclays Bank in 2009. He has held various positions across trading, structuring and origination at Barclays, Lehman Brothers, and Deutsche Bank. At Barclays, Sean was a senior member of the mortgage trading desk that purchased over $55bn in assets from the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy estate. Sean began his career as a corporate, derivatives, securitization and restructuring lawyer at New York law firms Skadden Arps and Weil Gotshal.
Sean received his BA in Social Studies, magna cum laude, from Harvard College and his JD from University of Virginia School of Law.

Shailesh Deshpande is Head of Transportation Origination at ATLAS SP. Shailesh is responsible for origination and structuring of asset backed securities backed by transportation assets including aviation, railcars, containers, inland marine barges, and trucks.
Prior to joining ATLAS SP, Shailesh was Head of Transportation Asset Finance in the Securitized Products Group at Credit Suisse, which he joined in 2014. Before this, Shailesh worked in similar roles at RBS, Hexagon Securities and Barclays Capital.

Spencer Hunsberger is Head of Energy Origination at ATLAS SP. Spencer is responsible for developing and overseeing the firm's energy and infrastructure business, with a particular focus on financing the energy transition.
Prior to joining ATLAS SP, Spencer was Head of Energy Asset Finance at Credit Suisse, which he joined in 2019. Before this, Spencer held leadership roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Barclays across New York, Sao Paulo and London.

Stefanos Arethas is Head of Commercial Real Estate Origination at ATLAS SP. Stefanos is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and managing all commercial real estate debt transactions for Principal Lending, Warehouse Finance and Securitization/Syndication.
Prior to joining ATLAS SP, Stefanos was Head of Commercial Real Estate Origination at Credit Suisse, which he joined in 2014. Before this, he was a lead ratings analyst in the Structured Finance Group at Moody's Investors Services and worked in Commercial Real Estate Finance at Truist Bank.
Stefanos received his BS in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and his Masters in Real Estate from Georgetown University. Stefanos has guest lectured on Real Estate Finance at Georgetown University, George Washington University and Columbia University. In addition, he serves on the Board of Governors for the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREFC).

Stephen Viscovich is Co-Head of Origination at ATLAS SP. Thomas Pai is Head of Auto/Equipment Origination at ATLAS SP. Thomas focuses on term ABS and warehouse financing across prime auto loans and leases, subprime auto loans, dealer floorplan and equipment loans and leases.
Prior to joining ATLAS SP, Thomas was a member of the Securitized Products Group at Credit Suisse, which he joined in 2011. Before this, Thomas worked in a similar capacity in the structured finance teams at Barclays Capital, Merrill Lynch and Citigroup.
