Aventura at Terrace View, formerly known as Lakawanna County Rehabilitation Center, is committed to providing the highest quality of nursing care and rehabilitation services under the medical oversight of Dr. Michael Gilhooley. We offer a wide range of services including subacute rehab, long term skilled nursing care, dementia memory care, and hospice... Our nurses and aides are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. While physical, occupational, and speech therapies are offered daily in our spacious gym equipped with everything our patients need to get back on their feet. In partnership with Mobile X we offer imaging and lab services on-site as well as access to MediTeliCare for all our patients and residents.
