Danielle joined Brick Business Law in March of 2021 as a Paralegal. Danielle has over 15 years of Corporate/ Transactional experience, which included the various aspects of Company, Partnerships and Trusts Formations, their ongoing maintenance as well as licensing qualifications with various statutory authorities and the end of life cycle for entities, that covered Mergers, Dissolutions and Continuances to other Jurisdictions for local and international clients. Danielle relocated to Florida from the Cayman Islands where she previously spent over 10 years working in the legal/ corporate services departments for several of the top Offshore Law Firms and Fund Administration Companies. Danielle holds a Diploma in Paralegal Studies from the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. Danielle is an avid book reader and enjoys meeting interesting people and playing soccer and softball in her spare time. David Carpenter joined Brick Business Law in 2016 as a business litigation paralegal. In 2021, he was promoted to Senior Litigation Paralegal. He has over 17 years of varied Florida litigation experience. His prior litigation experience includes working with the Florida Attorney General's office prosecuting child neglect/abuse cases and termination of parental rights as well as creditor foreclosures and bankruptcies with a large Tampa Bay area law firm. Before working as a paralegal he was employed by the Pasco County School System as an Assistant P.E. Coach working with children with special needs which included coaching for Pasco County Special Olympics. David is a 1994 graduate of Pasco Comprehensive High School in Dade City, Florida. He received an A.S. degree in Paralegal Studies and a General Education A.A. degree from Pasco-Hernando Community College and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of South Florida. David is a history buff with interests in the Colonial and Civil War Eras as well as military history. He also enjoys fishing with his daughter Jessica. Joe Kennett

Joe Kennett concentrates his legal practice on resolving disputes for small to medium-sized businesses. He has vast courtroom experience managing cases from inception to completion, and has taken nearly 150 trials to verdict. His business litigation practice focuses on complex litigation involving business fraud, breach of contract and other business disputes. Joe grew up in Palm Harbor, Florida, eventually receiving his undergraduate degree in public relations from Florida State University and his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. In law school, he was a member of both the top nationally ranked Moot Court and Mock Trial teams. He was champion of the Spohrer-Dodd Trial Advocacy Scholarship Competition, and received the Book Award for highest grade in trial advocacy. While at Florida Coastal, Joe worked over 900 hours as an intern in a wide variety of legal fields including business litigation, labor, and employment law. After law school, Joe worked for several years as an Assistant State Attorney in Tampa, eventually prosecuting hundreds of felony cases. He prepared and directed law enforcement, expert, and lay witnesses for testimony in over 150 jury and non-jury trials, ranging from misdemeanors to life felonies, only losing one jury trial during his time at the office. Prior to joining Brick Business Law, Joe worked for several years with an AV-rated Tampa area business law firm, where he focused his practice exclusively on the litigation and resolution of business-related disputes. Joe brought his business litigation talents to Brick Business Law in 2018 where he continues to focus his practice on counseling and litigating business-related issues. John S. Koda

John S. Koda received his B.A. from Purdue University in 1984 and J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law in 1989. John is a member of the Florida Bar and is a charter member and Past-President of the Venice-Englewood Bar Association (now the South County Division of the Sarasota County Bar Association). John's practice areas include general civil litigation in the areas of business, corporate, real estate, construction, and consumer protection. For over 20 years, John was lead litigation counsel for south Sarasota county's oldest law firm, and he also served as senior staff counsel for Florida's Division of Consumer Services and litigated consumer protection cases statewide. He has extensive experience at all levels of Florida courts including appellate courts, administrative hearings and arbitration. John's community activities have included board memberships with the American Heart Association; Venice Area Beautification, Inc.; Sertoma Club, and the School Advisory Council for Pine View School for the Gifted. He is a two-time past-president of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Sun Coast. He is also a recipient of a national award for community volunteerism from the National Down Syndrome Society. John speaks Hungarian. John litigates business, corporate, real estate and consumer matters for the Firm and leads the Firm's St. Petersburg and Sarasota practices. Krishna Vasudevan

Krishna Vasudevan joined Brick Business Law as an associate attorney in 2021. Prior to joining Brick Business Law, Mr. Vasudevan spent 4 years litigating business and commercial disputes in South Florida. He has represented a wide variety of businesses including medical offices, condominium associations, manufacturing companies, IT service providers, as well as entrepreneurs of all types. Mr. Vasudevan earned a dual Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in International Finance and Market as well as Legal studies form the University of Miami (FL) in 2012 and went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law (FL) in 2015. Mr. Vasudevan was subsequently barred in the State of Florida in 2015. In 2019, Mr. Vasudevan took a one-year hiatus from the practice of law to earn his Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame Mendoza School of Business. Mr. Vasudevan is a supporter of pro bono activities and in 2017 was part of the Miami-Dade Legal Aid leadership academy for his support of Legal Aid's pro bono activities. He was also a Fellow with the Miami-Dade Bankruptcy Bar Associate from 2017 to 2018. In his spare time, Mr. Vasudevan is an avid tennis player and has participated in both domestic and international tournaments. Him and his wife enjoy traveling, cooking, and spending time with family. They recently welcomed their first daughter in 2020 and have since been enjoying exploring Tampa together.
