I landed amongst the saguaro cacti (yes, that's the plural version of cactus) by way of The Gateway Arch in St. Louis, where I was born and spent much of my childhood. As the oldest of three boys, my knack for bucking trends and creatively solving problems started at a young age (my mom may describe this process differently). Essentially all of my professional career has been spent in one aspect of customer service or another doing just the same-solving problems...
As an avid puzzler and marketer with a knack for solving customer concerns, diving head-first into UX Design was a logical next step in my career path. Being on the front lines of various industries, I have had unique exposure to customer thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in numerous situations. This experience drives me to design in a customer-centered way that focuses on ease-of-use while offering the ability to explore and have a sense of control as the user sees fit.
