Dottie joined Drucker & Scaccetti (D&S) in 2013 as its first chief operating officer, and effective January 1, 2022, she will be the firm's Chief Business Officer responsible for the day-to-day operations of D&S. She has more than 20 years of experience leading and managing the operational, financial, and administrative functions of professional service firms with both national and international operations. She is a proactive leader instrumental in setting firm policies, direction, and strategic planning.

Mark was a partner in the former Philadelphia law firm of Drucker Beckman Sobel, LLP. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars and is licensed to practice before the United States Tax Court.
Mark spends a considerable amount of time involved in charitable causes and his synagogue. He is also a member of the Haddonfield Planning Board and has received service awards from the Boy Scouts of America, as well as from the Jewish Community Relations Council, where he has served on both boards.

Rachel is a shareholder at D&S who began her public accounting career as an intern with a local accounting firm in the Lehigh Valley area. After graduating from Moravian College, she developed her skills further at a larger regional firm and as a tax analyst at a large public corporation in Philadelphia before joining D&S in 2011. In 2018, Rachel became a partner at D&S.

Steve joined D&S in 1994. In his practice, he performs tax compliance services as well as tax planning for individuals and closely held businesses. He frequently works with clients in the real estate industry, the medical field and in the legal profession, including both law firms and individual attorneys.
Steve is a founding member of D&S's Opportunity Zone practice group, where he helps both investors and developers take advantage of the federal tax opportunities and presents workshops on this section of the tax code. He is also a leader in D&S's Law Firm practice group, focusing on both law firm financial management and their individual partners with strategic tax planning.
