Prior to that, he was a partner with the law firms of Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly LLP and Fox Rothschild LLP in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where his practice focused on advising public and private companies on corporate, securities, and transactional issues. Previously, Bill held leadership roles in the legal departments of Ceridian and SUPERVALU INC. Currently a member of the board of directors of Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare, Bill also has served as a board member for Second Harvest Heartland, Special Olympics Minnesota, and the Minnesota High Tech Association. Bill received his Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University School of Law in Nashville, Tennessee, and his undergraduate degree in finance and business economics from the University of Notre Dame.

Stephen Moore
