Kerry Murphy has been living in Valrico since 1981, previously from Long Island, NY.
Real Estate became her passion after purchasing her first piece of real estate at the age of 19. She has many years invested in purchasing residential properties. She is a people person who is determined to make you happy by finding you, your dream home.
Kerry has been happily married to her husband Martin for 30 years. They both enjoy rooting for all of Tampa's sports teams and are fanatical Bolts fans.

Marcia Rains-Nadal has been living in the Brandon Area since 1980. Previously from Northern Kentucky and Cincinatti, Ohio.
Real Estate is in her blood with her father, Jack Raines as her teacher, leaving her with his legacy.
Marcia also has experience with property management , commercial and residential sales. She loves helping people and businesses find a new place to call home.
Marcia married Dr. Florencio Nadal in 2007. They both enjoy fishing, boating and Lobster Season in the Keys. They are a blended family with 3 sons, Frankie, Eric & Bobby Nadal with 2 daughters, Courtney & Katrina Saffco.
Marcia is a member of First Baptist Church of Brandon where she sings in the choir and has taught Children's Choir for over 23 years.

Mary has lived in Riverview for 4 years, having moved from Oneonta, New York. She holds a degree in Business Management , with a minor in Accounting. Mary was a licensed Real Estate Associate Broker while in NY, but prefers the financial aspect of the business. Mary lives with David, her husband of 35 years. She is blessed with a daughter, two sons and two granddaughters. Mary enjoys travelling, running, hiking and most importantly spending time with her family. Mary is a member of the Yellowfin Realty Referral Network. She is happy to refer one of our exceptional Yellowfin agents to any individual who may require assistance with their real estate needs.
I am a Tampa native and have seen Tampa grow into a large metropolitan city and beyond. I have many connections from St. Lawrence elementary school, the Academy of the Holy Names, and USF. I never meet a stranger and love to nurture acquaintances to forever friendships.
I have an active Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Mercer University and spent my career of 29 years at St. Joseph's Main Hospital as a clinical oncology pharmacist. I excelled due to my attention to detail, aptitude for teamwork, communication skills, bedside manners, and dedication to my patients. I continue to value the trust and respect that these skills allow me to earn from others.
My parents were Cuban immigrants and arrived here penniless, like so many others in the 1950's. They taught me the meaning of perseverance, loyalty, and respect for all. They became realtors themselves and had a successful Tampa office, Triay Realty, for 39 years. Since growing up in the real estate world I have always been enamored with how my parents were able to help so many others not only through finding the right home but also by providing them much-needed resources to be able to live and succeed once they arrived in the States. Growing up, my brother and I were often involved in the management of rental
properties. As I became successful in my pharmacy career, my husband and I have also bought many properties and rented them through VRBO. I love meeting my renters and enjoy showing them my little piece of Weeki Wachee paradise by kayaking and paddleboarding.
I have been married to my husband for 31 years and have a son that attends Medical school. We love all outdoor activities, especially those involving the water and when we get to take our fur baby along with us. We have traveled extensively as a family and feel truly blessed.
I have now changed gears and am following my passion to help others find their own piece of paradise. I am very excited to share my Real Estate knowledge with you! My work ethic, trust, dedication to my customers, and love for others will not disappoint.
