DJONIS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY

In 1982, I began my career in the multi-family industry as an on-site-manager in Houston, Texas with California-based Sparling Management Company. In 1985, I was transferred to Atlanta, Georgia as a District Manager to oversee the local portfolio of Meridian Properties. While managing Meridian's properties, I had the opportunity to initiate and supervise various rehabilitation projects as well as oversee the repairs on two large fire restoration claims. From 1988 through the end of 1989, I worked in a similar capacity for Lane Company, a premier property management company of that period. During this time, I completed the IREM's (Institute of Real Estate Management) REM 301 and other requisite courses for CPM Certification. Between 1986 and 1990, while still involved full time in the management of multi-family properties, I continued to sharpen my remodeling skills while personally investing in the purchase, remodeling and re-sale of single family residences...
