Maintaining good health starts with your Primary Care Physician. We go by many names, like your family doctor or general practioners. No matter what you call us, we're your first stop for medical care-and your partner to help you stay healthy... A cornerstone of the Patient Centered Medical Home is that care is delivered based on keeping you healthy, vs. delivering care that on a fee-for-service basis. This means that, as physicians, we operate in a value-based setting where if you remain healthy, everybody wins - including you, the health insurers and/or government as well as practicing physicians.
