Gregory was born on Long Island New York. He was brought up by his mother, a Fashion Designer in NYC - as well as being a concert pianist, and his Father, a fire officer in NYC , who maintained the heliport for several NYC Mayors, and performed as a Big Band Drummer... Gregory went to school on Long Island and got accepted into the world acclaimed NYC School of Performing Arts, for Music, majoring in keyboards. After graduating with honors, he received several scholarships and chose University of Missouri, where he studied Jazz and music writing, along with business courses... While working for Bally he was approached by a head-hunter and offered an executive training position with Paul C. Matin and Company, a New England Life company on Madison Avenue, learning corporate insurance and the health insurance field. With extensive training he opened G & L Consultants, working with corporations as an advisor in insurance.
