EVOLVE

Evolve is about encompassing the humanity of our journey and rediscovers the part of us that enables us and evolves us to live full and confident lives. We aim to provide an environment where people with anxiety and/or depression can connect to improve their mental health and wellbeing... We have many values here at Evolve but our core values include; accessibility, adaptability, compassion, connection, and inclusivity... ​Evolve Peer Support held the first support group on June 24th 2014. From there as demand grew we recognised the need in our community for consistent, non-clinical support around anxiety and depression. We then established Evolve Peer Support Trust as it's own entity, becoming registered as a Charitable Trust in February 2018.
