FIT REHAB

FIT Rehab is a small, privately owned company operated by a husband and wife team. We have an outpatient clinic located in Voorhees, NJ where we provide physical therapy services for all ages. We provide physical, and occupational therapy in the home and in several Adult Daycare programs around New Jersey... We provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy in the home of our patients located in Burlington, Camden and Gloucesetor counties. Home therapy allows for an one on one approach with patients in the comfort of their own home. It also allows a therapist to get a true understanding of any difficulties a patient is encountering in their home setting... We currently provide services in 9 Adult day programs in the state of New Jersey. WIthin those programs, we provide Physical and Occupational Therapy for the members that attend the program. These services allow the individuals to regain and maintain the functional capability of going out of their home and into their community.
