Ashley Fontana exclusively practices family law, focusing on compassionate representation of clients who are struggling through an incredibly difficult time. As a Chicago family law attorney, Ashley has extensive experience handling a variety of complex issues, including marital dissolution; asset identification, valuation and disposition of business interests; child custody; child support and maintenance issues; post-decree enforcement litigation; and orders of protection. With strong interpersonal skills that bolster her ability to effectively communicate with clients and assist them in navigating the highly emotional litigation process, Ashley is a skilled litigator and negotiator who explores all outcomes with her clients to provide them with assertive representation.
