Harmony Square Inc. of Cleveland is an organization that provides transitional housing and permanent housing to women, families in transition, seniors, disabled who are the most economically and occupationally disadvantaged towards permanent housing also connecting to community resources and life skill training for those who can benefit from extra services. Harmony Square offers assistance to people as they move from dependent, into independent, self-sufficient lifestyles. Harmony Square Inc. will accept Section 8 subsidized housings long-term transitional housing... Our housing activity will primarily be to acquire and rehabilitate homes and multi-unit residences to be rented, leased or in some instances sold to low-income, very low-income and transitional people. For the purpose of this primary activity Harmony Square will use the following eligibility criteria: 80% of the area median income for low income; and 50% of area median income for very low income.
