HALO FOODS

Established by Peter Saunders in 1976 in Aberaeron, Wales, Halo Foods originated as a honey farm. Since then, the company has underwent as transformative journey, diversifying its offerings to include a range of cereal, nut, and confectionary bars. While expanding across multiple sites in Wales at one point in time, Halo Foods ultimately found its permanent home in 2001 at the former Lovells Confectionary site in Newport, Wales... In 2018, Halo Foods introduced its inaugural brand, Skinny Bars, featuring a selection of low-calorie cereal and and nougat based treats. Since its inception, Skinny Bars has experienced substantial growth, expanding its offerings to include a variety of bars, breakfast cereals, and hot chocolate. The brand has gained widespread popularity and is now available in major grocery, discount and retail stores across the UK and Ireland.
