Kaitlynn Hunt comes into the program this year as an assistant coach for both baseball & softball while also heading up softball recruiting. Hunt spent her collegiate career playing for D1 Creighton University as the starting shortstop & catcher. Taking advantage of her covid year she grad-transferred to D1 Lipscomb University - where she spent time behind the plate & at 3rd base. Prior to IA she was on the baseball coaching staff at Midland University and led a baseball travel team for 5 years in Nebraska.
A Sarasota native, Kevin Ewing enters his first year at Inspiration Academy. Kevin graduated from Inspiration Academy in 2017 and spent three years in the baseball program. He went on to play five years of NAIA baseball at Johnson University in Knoxville, TN. He is a LHP who was named to the NAIA Champions of Character team in 2022 and was a 3x Scholar Athlete Award recipient.
Coach Susan Quier was blessed to play lacrosse in High School and College. She parlayed this experience into coaching at the JV and Varsity level before coming to IA. Coach Quier enjoys being able to "coach the soul and the athlete" through the game of lacrosse!

Tom Pate is our lead analytics coach and an assistant coach for his first year at IA. Tom recently graduated from Georgia Southern University with BS in Sports Management. He worked as the equipment manager at Southern for the baseball and football team while he was there. After college he interned with Birmingham Barons and worked with the grounds crew. He developed a passion for baseball at the age of 4 and played with travel teams while he was in middle school and high school. His love of baseball is infectious. Lastly, a fun fact about Tom is he has traveled to all 30 MLB Stadiums.
