Alistair Calvert - CEO

Alistair Calvert is CEO of Clarion Partners Europe, which was originally ThreadGreen Europe and then Gramercy Europe. He established the business in 2006, launching its first fund in 2007, with notable transactions of more than 2.2 billion of logistics and light industrial property. Alistair is a member of the Clarion Partners Europe Investment Committee. He became part of Clarion Partners in 2019 via Clarion's acquisition of Gramercy Europe. Alistair began working in the real estate logistics sector in 2000.

Andrew Lowe

​Andrew Lowe, equity owner and Managing Director, is the Head of Industrial Asset Management at Clarion Partners overseeing a team of 23 professionals responsible for managing in excess of 206 million square feet. Prior to this, he was responsible for the team that asset manages the Central and Southwest industrial markets totaling approximately 58 million sq. ft. Andy is a member of the Investment Committee for the Clarion Gramercy European Industrial funds. He joined Clarion Partners in 2002 and began working in the real estate industry in 1994. Andy is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties ("NAIOP") and is an active member on NAIOP's E-Commerce III Forum. During his career, he has participated in the acquisition and disposition of industrial, multi-family and office assets totaling over $2.5 billion. Brad joined Clarion Partners in 2013 and began working in the industry in 2006. He is a member of Urban Land Institute's multi-family gold council. Before his real estate career, Brad was a Captain in the U.S. Army Military Intelligence Corps.

Brian Watkins

David Confer

Drew D. Fung

Edward L. Carey

Evans Anderson

Kevin Bishop

Khalid Rashid

Khalid Rashid, equity owner and Managing Director, is a portfolio manager and member of the Firm's Investment Committee. He has extensive transaction and leadership experience in portfolio and asset management, acquisitions and financings. Khalid joined the Firm in 2008 and possesses more than 18 years of experience in the real estate industry. He currently serves on the Robert A. Khalid is a RTF recipient, Real Estate Executive Council education committee member, and an active member of the Urban Land Institute's Multifamily Product Council. He graduated from ULI's Real Estate Associate Program in 2006 and was named the RTF's "40 Under 40" in 2014.

Kye Joon Lee

KJ has more than 20 years of real estate experience and has been active in both Asian and U.S. markets with roles in development, acquisitions, and advisory services. Lauren M. Holden

​Lauren M. Holden, equity owner and Managing Director, is the Head of Retail Asset Management at Clarion Partners. She is responsible for Clarion's retail portfolio which currently includes 142 properties, 26 million square feet and $7.0 billion under management. She is on the Steering Committee of Clarion Partners Women's Leadership Network (CPWLN), a member of Clarion's Environmental Sustainability and Governance (ESG) committee, and an SEO Mentor. Maqbool has held senior finance roles at a number of reputable opportunity funds and has provided operational support and transactional oversight in approximately a dozen European countries (including landmark deals in Germany, Spain, and Greece). He was the chairman of the board for BoStad A/S from 2019 through 2020 and is a member of ULI. Maqbool is fluent in French, German, and Dutch.

Michelle Levy

Patrick J. Tully

Timothy Bright
