Ajay Gupta is senior partner emeritus at McKinsey & Company. He brings 30 years of global experience and judgement across multiple health care segments. Gupta serves as chairman and non-executive independent director at Healthium Medtech; director at BJC Healthcare, director at OnPoint Surgical, board member at VIC Technology Venture Development; RAND Health Advisory Board, Innovaccer Advisory Council, as well as advisor to several private health care and technology companies. Gupta led McKinsey's Midwest Healthcare Practice and North America Medical Products Practice for many years. He has spoken and worked extensively on topics of strategy and growth, commercial excellence, M&A and industry consolidation, innovation, organization design and performance improvement. Bharat Sundaram leads business operations for Vizient® and has oversight for the development and delivery of the company's products and services. His areas of responsibility include our strategic sourcing programs, supply chain solutions, pharmacy solutions, workforce and HR offerings, analytics technologies, advisory services, network services and market intelligence capabilities. Prior to this, Sundaram was president of Vizient performance improvement services, which encompassed Vizient's analytics, networks and advisory areas. From 2009 to 2016, Sundaram was at MedAssets, serving in several roles, including president of the spend and clinical resource management segment. Before that, he was with the Boston Consulting Group. Sundaram earned a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Byron Jobe is president and chief executive officer of Vizient. He has a long history of leadership roles within Vizient and in the health care industry, specifically in the areas of strategy, operations and finance. Prior to becoming CEO, Jobe was Vizient chief administrative and financial officer, leading several functional areas including finance, accounting; information technology; marketing; product management; corporate development; and sales operations. During this time, Jobe assisted the company in growing the business through the merger and acquisitions of legacy companies VHA, University HealthSystem Consortium, MedAssets, Sg2 and Novation, resulting in revenue and membership growth of 176 percent and 190 percent, respectively. Additionally, during his tenure with Vizient, Jobe served in other roles, including executive vice president, service delivery and chief financial officer. Prior to Vizient, Jobe worked for Healthvision, an EMR-based clinical services company focused on connecting regional health information organizations, physicians and hospitals nationwide. While serving as the chief financial and operating officer at Healthvision, he was responsible for the company's business delivery and administrative operations, including product development and implementation. He also led the company on two acquisitions and one divestiture. Finally, he helped the company complete several rounds of debt- and equity-based financing, which ultimately positioned the company for its merger with Quovadx Inc. in 2007. Prior to joining Healthvision in 1999, Jobe served in different roles at VHA, Baylor Scott & White Health and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Carl S. Armato

Carl Armato is president and CEO of Novant Health, a four-state integrated health care network of physician clinics, outpatient centers and hospitals with more than $7B in revenue and 37,000 employees. Throughout his career, Armato has advanced strategic business transformations and critical organizational and cultural changes of complex, highly regulated health care systems to drive long-term value creation for all stakeholders. Armato has transformed Novant Health, recognized as one of the safest health care systems in the U.S. by The Leapfrog Group, into one of the top integrated health care delivery networks in the country. While delivering an unprecedented response to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, he led the $5.3B acquisition of New Hanover Regional Medical Center, establishing a third major operational hub in North Carolina. Armato joined the company in 1998 as the vice president of finance and operations for the physician division and since then has served in numerous roles including senior vice president of materials management and logistics, chief operating officer and eventually president and CEO for Presbyterian Healthcare; president of Novant Health markets; and chief operations officer for Novant Health. The board of trustees appointed him to his current position in January 2012. Catherine Jacobson serves as president and CEO of Froedtert Health, a regional health care system based in Milwaukee. Jacobson joined Froedtert Health in 2010 as executive vice president of finance and strategy, chief financial officer and chief strategy officer. She was promoted in 2011, becoming president; she assumed the CEO role in 2012. Prior to joining Froedtert Health, Jacobson spent 22 years at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago in various leadership roles. Jacobson is the board chair of Vizient. Current board appointments include Teladoc Health, the Greater Milwaukee Committee and Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce (MMAC) and Siebert Lutheran Foundation as well as other boards representing partnerships of Froedtert Health. She is also a past chair of the board of the Wisconsin Hospital Association and is currently serving on its board. She was also appointed chair-elect of the MMAC beginning her term as chair in the fall of 2021. Berry has extensive experience in health care regulatory, compliance, corporate transactional and antitrust matters. Prior to his current role, Berry was senior vice president and general counsel, responsible for the company's corporate legal and regulatory matters. Earlier in his career, Berry was vice president and general counsel at Provista and before that vice president and assistant general counsel at Novation, now part of Vizient. He also worked as an attorney at Greenberg Traurig, LLP and Vinson & Elkins, LLP, specializing in the health care sector. Berry earned his bachelor's degree summa cum laude from Texas Tech University. He obtained his law degree with honors from The University of Texas School of Law.

David Entwistle

David Entwistle is president and CEO of Stanford Health Care (SHC), where he has served since 2016. Among other achievements, Entwistle has championed the development and implementation of an integrated strategic plan that unites SHC, the Stanford School of Medicine and Stanford Children's Health under a common vision to lead the biomedical revolution in Precision Health. He has also spearheaded the completion of the new Stanford Hospital, which opened to patients in fall 2019, representing the culmination of more than a decade of planning and a critical component to Stanford Medicine's COVID-19 response. Entwistle has extensive executive experience at leading academic medical centers. Previously, he served as CEO of the University of Utah Hospital & Clinics (UUHC) for nine years. UUHC is the only academic medical center in the Intermountain West region, with 1,100 board-certified physicians who staff four university hospitals, 10 community clinics and several specialty centers. While he was at UUHC, the organization earned a number of accolades, including a No. 1 national ranking by Vizient in its annual Quality and Accountability Study of U.S. academic medical centers. For his administrative contributions to UUHC and for his long-standing track record in quality achievement, Entwistle received the Modern Healthcare "Up and Comers Award" in 2008. Prior to UUHC, Entwistle served as senior vice president and chief operating officer of the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison, Wisconsin, from 2002-2007. He was also the former vice president of professional services and joint venture operations at City of Hope National Medical Center in Duarte, California. As a recognized health care thought leader, Entwistle is a board member of the American Hospital Association, the AAMC Council of Teaching Hospitals, and the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education. He is the past chair of the Utah Hospital Association and was appointed by the governor of Utah to the state's Medicaid Task Force. David Ertel is chief financial officer for Vizient®. He leads finance, accounting and audit services for Vizient and Provista. He also oversees information technology for the enterprise. Ertel brings a unique blend of experience, including 30-plus years in health care and financial management, business strategy, operations, and mergers and acquisitions. He also has a long history working with Wall Street, investment bankers and member health care organizations. Before joining Vizient, Ertel served as CFO and chief strategy officer at the University of Miami Health System & Miller School of Medicine since 2016. Prior to that, he held positions at Einstein Healthcare Network and Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, which is affiliated with the Thomas Jefferson University, Morgan Stanley's National Health Care Group in New York, the Health Care Public Finance Group at PaineWebber in New York and the New Jersey State Department of Human Services. Ertel earned a master's of business administration degree and a master's in public health degree from Columbia University, with a concentration in finance and hospital administration.

David P. Blom

David Blom was president and CEO of OhioHealth, a not-for-profit, faith-based health system in Columbus, until his retirement in July 2019. He had served in this leadership role since March 2002. Blom joined the OhioHealth family in 1983 and served in multiple capacities. Under his leadership, OhioHealth grew from $1.2 billion in annual revenues to over $5 billion, and from six to 13 member hospitals, as well as providing management of two additional hospitals and support for nine under an affiliation agreement. Blom also established a geographically dispersed ambulatory care network, formed a large employed physician network and facilitated multiple joint ventures. He instilled among OhioHealth's 30,000 associates, physicians and volunteers serving a 47-county area in the state a strong devotion to improving the health of those they serve. Under Blom, OhioHealth was recognized by Fortune as one of the "100 Best Companies to Work For" for 13 years in a row. Blom is the board vice chair of Vizient. Kevin Sowers is president of the Johns Hopkins Health System and executive vice president of Johns Hopkins Medicine. As the second person in Johns Hopkins history to hold these dual roles, Sowers oversees the health system's six hospitals - The Johns Hopkins Hospital, Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, Howard County General Hospital, Suburban Hospital, Sibley Memorial Hospital and Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital - and sets strategies that advance the health system's mission to deliver outstanding care, train the next generation of leaders and advance research and discovery. He also serves as chair of Johns Hopkins Community Physicians, which has more than 40 primary and specialty care outpatient sites throughout Maryland and the Washington, D.C., area. Sowers came to Johns Hopkins Medicine after 32 years with the Duke University Health System, the last eight as president and CEO of Duke University Hospital. He joined Duke University Medical Center Hospital in 1985 as a staff nurse in oncology and held several faculty and nursing leadership positions. His numerous senior leadership posts across the Duke University Health System included chief operating officer for Duke University Hospital and interim CEO for Durham Regional Hospital. As part of his senior administrative roles, he oversaw the consolidation of Duke's clinical lab services, emergency and trauma services, and managed care and patient care services. Active in many professional and community organizations, Sowers is a member of the AAMC Council of Teaching Hospitals and Health Systems' administrative board. He served as chair of the AmSurg board and was a member of the North Carolina Hospital Association board of trustees and the North Carolina Institute of Medicine board of directors. Monica is a diversity, inclusion and equity leader with demonstrated success in the public sector, serving a multi-racial, multi-generational and complex gender and intersectional community. Prior to this, Monica led comprehensive EEO, civil rights, diversity management and alternative dispute resolution programming for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Pat Fry was president and CEO of Sutter Health until his retirement in January 2016. He joined the Sutter organization in 1982 as an administrative resident at Sutter General Hospital in Sacramento, Calif. During his tenure, he worked his way up through the organization in increasingly responsible administrative positions both at the local affiliate and regional levels. After serving as regional president for Sutter Health's affiliates in the greater Sacramento region, Fry became president of the organization's eastern operations. He later assumed leadership of Sutter Health's Western Division and in 2000 became Sutter Health's second-in-command, serving as chief operating officer and executive vice president. In 2005, he became president and CEO. Before joining Vizient in May 2022, Olsen was chief human resources officer for Huron, a global consulting firm where she had been since 2007. Prior to that, she held leadership positions at both professional services organizations and manufacturing companies for more than a decade. Under Olsen's leadership, Huron's workplace strategies were recognized within the consulting arena for 10 years in a row as well as by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation for seven years in a row. In 2020, Crains named Olsen a Notable Leader in HR. Olsen earned a bachelor's degree in communications from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a master's degree in human resources and industrial relations from Loyola University in Chicago. An active community volunteer, she is also a member of the board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago.

Liekweg joined BJC HealthCare in 2009 as president of Barnes-Jewish Hospital and group president for BJC HealthCare. In 2015, Liekweg was promoted to executive vice president and subsequently president of BJC. He was named president and CEO in January 2018. Taylor White is group senior vice president for Vizient® and leads external market strategies to enable growth and help support an exceptional member experience. Prior to this, White led Vizient corporate strategy and development, which encompassed enterprise partnerships, M&A transactions and the company's strategic planning process. He also oversaw implementation of strategic initiatives, including the successful integration of Vizient following the merger of University HealthSystem Consortium, VHA and Novation in 2015 and the acquisition of MedAssets' SCM and Sg2 businesses in 2016. White joined VHA in 2000 and held several leadership roles related to strategy and business development. Under his direction, the VHA SupplyNetworks™ business grew to include over 70% of VHA members with over $8 billion in total member spend. He also evolved the company's solution management function, driving efficiency and effectiveness internally and externally.
