Dr. Ann M. John is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs and cosmetic surgeon. She practices medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology, with a special focus on skin cancer removal through Mohs surgery and facial reconstruction. Her special interests include dermatologic oncology, pigmented lesions, facial optimization, and skin color. She approaches her patients with a wholesome and warm attitude, providing them with evidence-based treatments on a vast array of dermatologic conditions, including rosacea, melasma, acne scars, and rejuvenation. She has trained extensively with injectable fillers, including Juvederm, Voluma, Restylane, and Sculptra, neuromodulators such as Botox, Xeomin, and Dysport, lasers for hair removal, resurfacing, and rejuvenation, chemical peels, and micro-needling. She also performs PRP for rejuvenation and hair restoration.
Dr. John was a member of the prestigious accelerated BA/MD program with Rutgers University and Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, where she received a full scholarship and graduated at the top of her class. She was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society during medical school. She then pursued a residency in Dermatology at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, where she served as Chief Resident in her final year. After this, she pursued an additional fellowship in Mohs surgery for skin cancer removal, facial reconstruction, and cosmetic surgery under renowned leaders in the field at Skin Laser and Surgery Specialists of NY and NJ. She is dedicated to scholarly advancement of the field, with over 50 peer-reviewed publications on dermatologic surgery and cosmetic surgery in top dermatology journals. She has also presented her research at national dermatology meetings.
Dr. Roger K. Khouri is a plastic surgeon with over 25 years of experience. He is also a pioneer in fat transfer and in reconstructive microsurgery.
Roger K. Khouri, MD, FACS was born in Lebanon in 1957. Dr. Khouri is married to Dr. Susana Leal-Khouri a renowned Pathologist and Dermatologist and they have five children. Doctor Khouri is the founder of the Miami Breast Center. He is also the inventor of the external expander BRAVA. Dr. Khouri developed the breakthrough third option breast reconstruction procedure called BRAVA + AFT (autologous fat transfer).

He is the innovator and the recognized World expert in natural, no implant, breast augmentation and post-mastectomy, lumpectomy and prophylactic breast reconstruction. Dr. Khouri is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon trained in General Surgery at UNC, in Plastic Surgery at Brown University, in Reconstructive Microsurgery at NYU and in Hand Surgery at Harvard. Dr. Khouri Was Professor of Plastic Surgery at Washington University before moving to Miami.

Faustino Hernandez, ARNP, has over twenty-five years of experience in dermatology. He regularly performs surgeries, cryosurgery, and minor procedures.
Faustino received his medical degree at the University of Havana in Cuba where he obtained a specialty in Dermatology (1994). He completed a fellowship in hair transplantation, CO2 laser and treated many dermatologic conditions during his residency at the Hermanos Almejeira Hospital.
Faustino migrated to Ecuador where he continued to work in the field of dermatology. After 6 long years, he was able to finally to come to Miami where he obtained his degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Faustino started working at Khouri Dermatology in 2017.
