Throughout her more than 40 years as a REALTOR®, over half of which she's spent in brokerage leadership, Ceci has always adored one aspect of the industry - the people.
As team leader, nothing makes her happier than seeing agents flourish while learning to believe in themselves and the success models she's shown them. Over the years, Ceci's also given back to the field by serving as president of the Cobb Association of REALTORS®, vice president of the Georgia Association of REALTORS®, dean of the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute, and on various committees. In her free time, she enjoys being with family and friends, a great Hallmark movie, and a good laugh.

Clarke is hands down the kind of person who loves what they do and how they do it.
As Co-Team Leader, he spends his days helping agents boost their productivity to increase their incomes and achieve the quality of life they desire. He's passionate about promoting his market center and sharing how Keller Williams builds and supports top-producing agents. A graduate of the University of Georgia, Clarke is fluent in Spanish and majored in the language. He joined Keller Williams Atlanta Perimeter in 2004 and has since served on the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) and earned the regional WI4C2TES Award. A man of faith, Clarke prefers to spend his free time with his family, attending church, reading, or sweatin' it out at the gym.

Dori has dedicated her real estate career to helping agents achieve what they once thought was impossible.
A longtime member of The Rawls Group family and top producer, she joined Keller Williams Peachtree Road in 2015 after being named a Top 20 individual agent for the region in 2012 and has been a Productivity Coach at the market center. She is known for putting relationships first and for her signature leadership style, a careful blend of love and kindness with a dash of firmness. Outside of work, Dori adores spending time with loved ones, is an avid supporter of dog shelters and the arts, especially musical theater, and always appreciates beautiful water views.
Jean Rawls has always placed family, service, and providing opportunities for others at the core of all she does. As co-founder and Operating Principal of The Rawls Group, she is most proud of establishing a real estate firm that gives agents the tools to achieve their ambitions, become leaders, and support their families.
Before she was a top-producing agent and business owner, the graduate of Saint Mary's College, Notre Dame, IN, gained experience in operations in the early 1990s by assisting with the relaunch of a real estate franchise company's first location on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.
Shortly after and following a lifetime of encouragement by her parents to work for herself, Jean embarked on an entrepreneurial undertaking of her own. She further utilized her degree in finance and created an auditing firm for real estate offices. Once Jean decided to stay planted in Atlanta, Georgia, versus taking her growing business nationwide, she activated her real estate license. Less than 10 years later, in October 1999, she started The Rawls Group and opened the first Keller Williams franchise in the state and the Southeast.
Jean's leadership by example, passion for people, and commitment to the principles of Keller Williams have been integral to the firm's ability to expand its family of market centers and agents. She continues to honor and be motivated by Keller Williams' belief in supplying industry-leading knowledge and wealth-building opportunities.
Throughout its more than two decades in business, The Rawls Group has received widespread praise. A dedicated servant leader, Jim puts the needs of the agents he works with above all else.
An award-winning REALTOR® with more than three decades of experience and a former managing broker, his coaching and guidance support agents in reaching new heights. He joined Keller Williams Atlanta North in 2011 and has previously served as the president of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association. Most recently, his market center was named the most productive Keller Williams office in metro Atlanta for 2021. Outside of work, Jim cherishes being with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Optimizing businesses and helping people prosper is what John Mark does best.
As Team Leader of Keller Williams First Atlanta, he oversees agent and market center development. His track record includes increasing the revenue of Keller Williams Johnson City (also known as Keller Williams Realty of the Tri-Cities) and The Colin and Carly Group - Keller Williams Johnson City by 120%, in addition to launching a real estate management company and establishing a high-closing-volume team based in Tennessee. A devoted father of three boys, John Mark spends his time outside the office with his family and furthering his health and fitness goals.
Today, she helps agents develop the strategies and mindset to do the same. Throughout her career, her drive has enabled her to become a skilled manager in multiple industries as well as a trainer to Fortune 50 executives. This includes working directly with Gary Keller to create the Keller Williams productivity program, known as the ONE Thing coaching certification. And, of course, she's also a certified ONE Thing coach. Kara is currently Assistant Team Leader of Keller Williams First Atlanta and is committed to fostering a market center culture that attracts and retains experienced agents. When not pouring into others, she savors moments with her husband and daughter. Kara also enjoys dancing and diving into her next great read.

Since pursuing real estate in 2000, he's reached more than $200 million in closed transactions, been in the Top 1% Nationally (among other distinctions) and built an impressive team. He joined The Rawls Group in 2018 and launched an expansion team growing it to over 20 agents and 450 transactions in 2021. Michael currently serves as General Manager for the Rawls Group and Director of the LIFT Program. LIFT developed and implements a market center productivity system. Before entering real estate, he experienced success in business commerce, launching a fitness and wellness employee benefits program that he later sold to a publicly traded company. In his free time, Michael enjoys spending time with his family and volunteering. He is also a fan of golfing, reading, weightlifting, and Pilates.
With the proper foundation, anything is possible, and that's what Rusty aims to provide the agents he coaches.
A former U.S. Marine and field- and corporate-level retail leader for Target and other major brands, he excels at maintaining a solid bond with agents while encouraging them to stretch and challenge themselves. Though he quickly succeeded after entering the world of real estate in 2021 and capped within six months of receiving his license, Rusty is equally transparent with agents about what hindered his journey as he is about what propelled it forward. Outside of work, you'll find him staying active, traveling, reading, or grilling on his Big Green Egg. Rusty also cherishes time with his family and volunteering with The Salvation Army.

As Director of Information Systems, Scott Hardy works to support agents and staff by making sure all Rawls Group computers, servers, security systems, and other key technology assets are operating at their bests.
In addition to maintaining and planning multiple information infrastructures, he also oversees the Rawls Group Help Desk. Scott's career in technology spans more than two decades. His experience includes time as Help Desk Manager at the corporate headquarters of Boys & Girls Clubs of America and Technical Support Representative at IBM. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his wife, Jessica, and playing guitar in two cover bands.
No stranger to a fast-paced world, Stephanie Janowski began her career in real estate in 2004 as an agent with The Rawls Group.
Director of Operations since January 2016, she ensures that the Operating Principal's office is able to best serve Rawls Group agents, leadership teams at all five market centers, Alliance Partners, Ownership Groups, and beyond. Stephanie perfected her multitasking and problem-solving skills as a former executive assistant and freelance production assistant in the TV and film industries. Today, she adores supporting agents and seeing their businesses thrive. Outside of work, she loves reading and enjoying the outdoors with her family while at the lake.

The exceptional leadership Terrie has exhibited in past roles at multiple real estate industry associations is the same kind she brings to her current Co-Team Leader position.
On top of being a licensed REALTOR® for more than 25 years, Terrie has also been president of the Cobb Association of REALTORS® and a director for the Georgia Association of REALTORS®. She takes pride in mentoring agents in her market center and successfully adding formerly non-Keller Williams agents to the family. During her tenure, she has also added two Alliance Partners to The Rawls Group's network. Off the clock, Terrie enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time with her husband.
An educator at heart, Tori is a self-proclaimed no-nonsense coach and mentor committed to fostering agents' success.
In addition to weathering turbulent markets, obtaining her broker's license, and launching a real estate school throughout her nearly 20-year career, she literally wrote the book on where to begin as an agent, authoring Day One As A Licensed Real Estate Agent in 2017. Whether through the content of the training calendar she carefully curates, her in-person walking consultations, or other activities, Tori will always find a way to meet the needs of agents. A member of The Rawls Group family for a combined 10 years, the mother of four also savors time with her loved ones and enjoys roller skating, exploring and learning about different areas and cultures, and soaking up the sun.
