Adam Friedman

Adam Friedman serves as Counsel at Levin Litigation. He began his career in the personal injury and property damage field, in 2012, representing some of the largest auto and property insurers in the country. In 2017, Adam began representing plaintiffs, accepting an Of Counsel position in a large Fort Lauderdale homeowner's insurance and personal injury firm. In 2020, he joined Levin Litigation, where he currently handles homeowner's claims, personal injury claims, and traffic cases. Adam graduated from Florida State University with a dual Bachelors and Masters degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice and received his Juris Doctorate From St. Thomas University where he graduated in the top five (5) percent of his class. Adam has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients and has focused his legal career on fighting insurance companies throughout the State of Florida.

Charles Muniz

Charles Muniz is an experienced civil litigation attorney who focuses his practice on property damage claims. He represents property owners in their fight to recover money owed to them by their respective insurance companies. Mr. Muniz spent over six years representing insurance companies prior to his decision to help homeowners, giving him valuable insight into the way claims are handled, evaluated, and treated by the insurance companies. Recognizing his behind-the-scenes experience could be used to better serve his community and help individuals and families instead, Mr. Muniz changed career paths and now fights for his community members and residents of Florida. Mr. Muniz is originally from Alpine, New Jersey. He and his family moved to Palm Beach County, Florida, when he attended high school. Mr. Muniz graduated from University of Miami, 2008, and went to University of Miami School of Law, 2012. During law school, he interned at the Miami-Dade County State Attorney's office as a certified legal intern and at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's mediation division. Upon graduation, he worked at Legal Services of Greater Miami, Inc., where he helped homeowners in danger of foreclosure after the 2008 housing crisis. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his beautiful family and working out at the gym.

Mark D. Bartle

Mark D. Bartle is an Associate in the Firm's Ft. Lauderdale, Florida office. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Bartle spent ten years in the United State Air Force serving as a Crash Rescue Firefighter and Aerospace Medical Technician. As a civilian, he also worked as an EMT Firefighter. Mr. Bartle holds an Associate of Arts degree in Allied Health Science from the Community College of the Air Force; a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate & Organizational Communication from the College of Charleston, Cum Laude; and his Juris Doctorate from Florida International University College of Law's International and Comparative Law program. Wyatt Oakey Copeland began her first career as the Peptides Reagent Manager for a Biotechnology Company near Charlotte, NC, which offered her the opportunity to work directly with universities, corporations, and non-profit organizations in their efforts to research and develop treatments for diseases ranging from diabetes to cancer. In 2008, Wyatt moved to Gulfport, FL, to attend Stetson University College of Law. During law school, Wyatt was actively involved with the local community as well as the Stetson community. Wyatt spent her summers volunteering with a non-profit organization providing free legal aid to residents in the community and interning as a Law Clerk for The Office of the Public Defender for the Tenth Judicial Circuit. During the academic terms, Wyatt participated as a member of Stetson Law's Advocacy Board, which has repeatedly placed Stetson Law as the top law school in the nation for advocacy by U.S. News & World Report. Wyatt competed on both the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board and the Trial Team, which has won first place in more national-level mock trial competitions than any other law school in the country. As a member of both teams, Wyatt competed at the state as well as the national level and, in two competitions, Wyatt was on one of only sixteen teams invited to compete from across the entire nation. During her last semester as a law student, Wyatt began clerking for The Law Offices of Keith Ligori where she conducted legal research and drafted an appellate brief that was successfully argued before Florida's Second District Court of Appeal. After being admitted to the Florida Bar, Wyatt began practicing law with the firm as a Personal Injury Attorney. In May 2013, Wyatt accepted the position of Associate Counsel for the Law Offices of Jack D. Evans, Staff Counsel for Travelers Indemnity Company, where she gained invaluable trial experience and knowledge about the insurance industry. Within a year, Wyatt won the national "Rising Star" Award for Travelers Claim Legal Trial Advocacy Program and was promoted to the position of Counsel. During her time with the Law Offices of Jack D. Evans, Wyatt was recognized on numerous occasions for her work by both her clients and her colleagues in a national company-wide publication called "Sharing Our Successes." In April 2017, Wyatt accepted the invitation to join the law firm of Morgan & Morgan and moved to Pensacola, Florida, where she zealously advocated for her clients in personal injury and wrongful death legal actions. After five years of litigating hundreds of cases and obtaining multiple seven-figure settlements for her clients in the Florida Panhandle, Wyatt was offered the opportunity to run the statewide Personal Injury & Wrongful Death Division of Levin Litigation, where she now proudly represents Levin Litigation's clients in multiple offices across the state of Florida.

Yitzhak "Yitz" Levin

Yitzhak "Yitz" Levin, Esq. is the founding member of Levin Litigation, PLLC. After receiving his Rabbinic Ordination, Yitz attended George Mason University School of Law, a top-tier law school, where he earned his law degree. Yitzhak is licensed to practice in Florida state court as well as in the United States District Court for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida. Mr. Levin's practice focuses on property damage claims, personal injury claims, and class action cases. In his free time, Yitz enjoys playing chess, boating, and spending time with his wife and three children.
