Adam Spinner

Adam Spinner, Executive Director, NY Metro Region, brings more than a decade of experience in the IT services industry to Magna5 - and with that, brings significant expertise in the areas of cloud computing, data backup, devops and cybersecurity. In his previous role as Owner and Chief Executive Officer of SpinnerTech, a company acquired by Magna5 in May 2021, Adam oversaw all aspects of the operations including engineering, devops, customer service, and new business development. During Adam's tenure, the company vastly expanded their headcount, opening offices in three states and advanced their managed services offerings by expanding into the areas of cloud computing, data backup, and cybersecurity services. An adventurous certified open water scuba driver, Adam and his partner live in New York with their French bulldog, MJ. BARB MEYER

Barb is manager of Magna5's Human Resources where she is responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle (recruiting, placement, orientation), policy and procedure development, performance management, employee relations and benefit administration. Previously, she was controller at X5 Solutions, a provider of telecommunication technologies, managing the Finance and Human Resources functions for more than 20 years. In 2015, X5 solutions was acquired by Magna5, where she became full-time manager of Magna5's human resources. A strategic thinker with high energy and a warm personality, Barb provides critical guidance in driving execution of company goals while multi-tasking a wide range of HR tasks as Magna5 undergoes extensive transformation and growth. Jerry Masseur

Jerry Masseur is the Vice President of Sales for Magna5's Managed IT Services business unit. In his role, Jerry will be responsible for driving organic growth within the Managed Services division as well as playing a key role in leveraging the sales capabilities of other companies that Magna5 may acquire. In this role, Jerry will be building and leading high-performance sales teams to increase revenue by pursuing new logo sales, expanding customer relationships and helping build strategic partnerships. Prior to joining Magna5, Jerry was the Vice President of Sales and Partner programs at NetBrain, a leading network automation vendor, exceeding 125% of targets every year and driving significant process improvements throughout the sales organization. Previously Jerry held multiple executive sales leadership positions with such firms as Global Solutions, Toshiba, Cathedral Corporation, MCI and Konica/Danka where he was responsible for the highest performing region in North America. In his previous role as Chief Operating Officer and co-owner of NetServe365, a company acquired by Magna5 in November 2017, Justin improved the efficiency and customer-centric services of NetServe365, overseeing the company's rapid growth as well as all aspects of company operations, customer service, and new business development. During Justin's tenure, the company advanced their managed services offerings by expanding into the areas of cloud computing, data backup, and security services. Justin's involvement with NetServe365 began in 2007 when he joined the company as a system engineer, quickly rising through the ranks to NOC manager, Vice President of Services and then COO in 2009 when he became part owner of the company. A graduate of Washington and Jefferson College with a double major in Business Administration and Information Technology, he was recognized within MSPmentor's 250 report, identifying as one of the world's leading managed services executives. An adventurous back country skier, Justin and his wife Joelle reside in Cheat Lake, West Virginia, where Justin is also a volunteer Wilderness Search and Rescue Member. In addition to his experience successfully running multiple businesses backed by professional investors, Farina has served on a number of Boards of Directors, started and successfully exited his own business, and ran a division of a publicly held company. He has been a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for the State of New Jersey three times in his career and serves on the Advisory Board of the Columbia University Master's Degree program for Information Technology Management. Farina is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. In his current role at Magna5, Ryan will be responsible for developing programs and tools to improve the sales process and efficiency within the direct and indirect sales organization. He will also drive innovation into the organization with engaging new internal and external training programs. Prior to joining Magna5, Burns served as talent development director with Essilor, a leading manufacturer of optical lenses in the United States. In this role, he guided 10,000 employees in talent assessment, training, leadership coaching and employee engagement. He also was instrumental in building change management and communication plans for the merger of Essilor and Luxottica to form a 100,000+ employee company. Previously, he served as training director for Voyant Communications in designing and delivering in-person sales training and webinars for wholesale distributors as well as direct and channel sales professionals. Burns is well regarded for creating innovative learning and sales development programs for a wide range of companies, including instructional design and talent development for ReachLocal, LexisNexis, AT&T, Texas Christian University and the University of Oklahoma College of Continuing Education.
