Kirsten is an executive coach, coach trainer and mentor leadership developer. She has been coaching executives, middle managers and teams for global corporations since 1996. Kirsten has been running programs to develop professional Solution-Focused Coaches since 2008. Her first accredited programme ran in 2015.
Kirsten is a member of the assessor team for the ICF for MCC and PCC credentials. To date, she has delivered over 3,000 hours as a professional coach.
Michael is a Business Executive and Personal Change Coach. His style of coaching uses a fun, strengths-based approach, stretching views and perspectives to see things through a new lens while adding value to his client's career agenda.
Michael has been nominated for various coaching awards with ICF Ireland including Career Coach and Rising Star. He is an ACC credentialed coach working towards PCC with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and has served on the ICF Ireland Board since 2018 in a voluntary capacity, as Director of Events.
