John is Chief Executive Officer and managing partner for McKee-Burke & Associates. Mr. Burke is engaged in managing our team of consultants, coaches, search staff, and office staff to provide the best experience for our clients and their talent. John's focus is on building relationships with companies headquartered in Houston, as well as national and global organizations with operations in Houston and Dallas. Mr. Burke brings over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, and operations leadership to McKee-Burke. John holds a BS from Boston University and completed graduate work at the University of Denver. He is active in charitable organizations for college scholarships, a board member and active at the American Diabetes Association, Galleria Tennis & Athletic Club, and the YMCA.

Mike has served on the Board of Directors of Career Partners International and held numerous global leadership roles. He has been actively involved with the YMCA of Greater Houston, serving as Chairman of the Board of the Bay Area YMCA and YMCA Camping Services. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and served in the U.S. Air Force.

Paula is a key member of our leadership team and a true champion for those she works with. Paula attended Oklahoma State University, Okmulgee, Oklahoma (formerly Okmulgee Tech) where she was awarded the Bartlett-Collins Foundation Scholarship, a four-year scholarship program. Paula enjoys contributing to the community and has served as a volunteer at Texas Children's Hospital.
