Chris is the Senior Vice President of Business Development at McKee-Burke & Associates. Chris has more than 20 years of providing clients with superior leadership and excellent customer service. Chris's years of experiences have developed a strong knowledge of long-term strategic planning, marketing, business relations, and organizational management. His expertise provides valuable insights on how talent can be recruited, developed, and transitioned. Throughout his career, he has celebrated numerous achievements and success, but his best honor is being blessed with a beautiful wife and daughter.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from East Tennessee State University.
John is Chief Executive Officer and managing partner for McKee-Burke & Associates. Mr. Burke is engaged in managing our team of consultants, coaches, search staff, and office staff to provide the best experience for our clients and their talent. John's focus is on building relationships with companies headquartered in Houston, as well as national and global organizations with operations in Houston and Dallas. Mr. Burke brings over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, and operations leadership to McKee-Burke.
John holds a BS from Boston University and completed graduate work at the University of Denver. He is active in charitable organizations for college scholarships, a board member and active at the American Diabetes Association, Galleria Tennis & Athletic Club, and the YMCA.
Mark is an innovative and passionate recruiting and career-development professional who performs full-lifecycle recruiting in the Oil & Gas, Chemical and Petrochemical industries. He sources, recruits, interviews, and places candidates from all levels and areas of an organization including engineering, accounting and finance, HR, plant personnel and executives.
Mark holds a Master of Business Administration degree from St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas.

Mike has decades of experience in the talent management industry. Mike has managed and delivered recruiting services to all primary industry sectors, healthcare organizations, academic institutions and non-profit agencies. Mr. McKee founded the Chief Human Resources Roundtable in Houston involving 50 plus companies. He has developed collaborative relationships with major executive associations and consulting groups in Texas.
Mike has served on the Board of Directors of Career Partners International and held numerous global leadership roles. He has been actively involved with the YMCA of Greater Houston, serving as Chairman of the Board of the Bay Area YMCA and YMCA Camping Services. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and served in the U.S. Air Force.

Nicole is a specialist recruiter and business development professional, working with organizations to fill their unique staffing needs. She works closely with hiring managers and HR teams through the talent acquisition process. As a recruiter, she actively supports a leading global oil field services company as well as North America's largest glass recycling company, resulting in multi-million dollar savings.
Nicole played college softball for Northern Illinois University, where she studied Corporate Communications, Business Administration and Marketing. She launched her career in the beverage industry and moved into medical devices before becoming a part of our team.

Paula Hastreiter is the Director of Career Transition at McKee-Burke & Associates. She has a long standing career in human resources, talent management, outplacement, and finance. Paula provides outstanding dedication and customer support to our clients. Her passion to help others is evident in her work and clear to those who have worked with her. Paula is a key member of our leadership team and a true champion for those she works with.
Paula attended Oklahoma State University, Okmulgee, Oklahoma (formerly Okmulgee Tech) where she was awarded the Bartlett-Collins Foundation Scholarship, a four-year scholarship program. Paula enjoys contributing to the community and has served as a volunteer at Texas Children's Hospital.

Richard has an honors degree in English from the University of Essex and a Masters in Journalism & Communications from the University of Westminster. He was admitted to the Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2009.
Originally from North West London, Richard lives in Houston with his wife, Rima, and dog, Socrates.
