Barb Brewer

Barbara brings 28 years of experience to our team, and providing clients with exceptional service and solutions is her priority. Before joining RBC Wealth Management in 2003, Barbara was the office and operations manager for a branch at Janney Montgomery Scott. She has passed the the Series 7 and 66 securities exams. Barbara and her husband enjoy spending time with their five children and five grandchildren. She enjoys gardening, cooking, knitting, reading and her two Labrador Retrievers.

Betsy Digiovanni

As a client assistant, Betsy assists her team in the ongoing development and maintenance of clients' financial needs. Prior to joining RBC Wealth Management, she was a partner at Regional Brokers, Inc., as well as a licensed municipal bond trader for 26 years. Betsy and her husband reside in Longport, New Jersey. She enjoys gardening, gourmet cooking, painting with acrylics and most of all, being a grandparent.

Clark Mangan

Clark, founding member of Mangan Ernst and Rankin Wealth Management Group, specializes in the practice's retirement income planning design. He works with clients and their tax advisors to craft financial, retirement and income plans addressing the increasingly complex challenges facing today's investors and retirees. A graduate of Bishop Eustace Preparatory School and St. Joseph's University, Clark has more than 25 years of experience serving clients as a financial advisor. He holds a certificate in Retirement Income Planning from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. He also holds the Retirement Specialist designation from the American College. He holds securities and insurance licenses in various states. He also earned the honor of South Jersey Magazine's "33 People to Watch." He is very active in his community. Clark coaches both his son's and daughter's travel soccer teams throughout the year, serves on the athletic board of directors of Saint Mary of the Lakes School, and serves on the board of Medford Soccer Club. Previously, he sat on the advisory board for Contact of Burlington County as well as the executive board of the Medford Youth Athletic Association. Clark is most at home in or on the water, fishing offshore and inshore. He is a PADI certified scuba diver. In addition to spending time with his family, Clark enjoys fishing, gardening and cooking. He resides in Medford, New Jersey, with his wife and their two children.

David Rankin

David specializes in investment management, overseeing the implementation and management of client portfolios. He is responsible for money manager research and oversight, and has experience in alternatives and tax-efficient investing. David is a graduate of Haverford High School and earned his bachelor's degree in finance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) professional and holds securities and insurance licenses in various states. Prior to joining RBC Wealth Management, David spent the majority of his career as a vice president with both Janney Montgomery Scott and Wheat First Butcher Singer which, through acquisition, became Wachovia Securities. David's voice was heard for more than 10 years in the Philadelphia area on KYW NewsRadio 1060, where he provided daily commentary on the economy and financial markets. He is an accomplished writer within the financial world and a contributor to MarketWatch.com. Away from the office, David enjoys golf, snowboarding and coaching youth sports. He participates in the Adopt-a-Park program in Lower Merion Township and is on the advisory board of the First Tee of Greater Philadelphia. David and his wife, Abby, live in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania, with their two children.

James Ernst

Jim began his career in financial services in 1994, directly out of college. With more than 25 years of experience managing wealth for individuals and their business concerns, Jim believes bringing together a team of professionals to work on behalf of a client is the best way to help produce positive outcomes. Jim specializes in qualified plans, and advises clients advises clients and corporations on the design, implementation, investments and fiduciary oversight of their 401(k), defined benefit, non-qualified deferred compensation and other ERISA-governed plans. He is also the advanced planning specialist for the team, advising the team's clients on the matters of wealth enhancement, tax mitigation, wealth protection, extended care planning and wealth transfer. Originally from Doylestown, Pennsylvania, Jim attended Central Bucks West High School and went on to graduate from the University of Delaware with a degree in finance. He holds various accreditations including the AAMS® (Accredited Asset Management Specialist) and CPFA (Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor), and is an active member of industry organizations such as the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council and the Financial Planning Association. Jim enjoys extending his role as advisor to others in his community. He has spoken as a guest lecturer to students at both his alma mater, the University of Delaware, as well as Drexel University. Jim also serves on the board of trustees and executive committee of the Radnor Memorial Library, as well as serving as treasurer for the Radnor Girls Crew Club. When not volunteering or coaching, Jim enjoys the outdoors as well skiing, golfing, and travel with his family. He resides in Radnor Township, with his wife, Lynn, and their two children.
