MY DEAF THERAPY

At My Deaf Therapy we help you gain insight into how to use your strengths to overcome the challenges faced in managing mental health issues... We are experienced clinicians who are ASL fluent, linguistically accessible, and culturally affirmative. Our approach relies on providing a supportive, empathically safe space conducive to healing. Our primary focus is on you and your goals for overall mental wellness. We employ a multimodal approach to holistic healing utilizing mind and body therapies while incorporating evidence-based psychotherapy treatments.
