Leader of performance and succession improvement practice. Experienced in executive crisis management with focus on strategic and commercial planning, corporate restructuring and M&A, debt collection and renegotiation.
She has worked at Triunfo Participações e Investimentos for 18 years, where she participated directly in the structuring of IPO, in more than 7 M&A processes, raising more than R$ 2 billion in debts (private and public banks), Joint Venture implementation in mining and extrajudicial and judicial recovery.
Graduated in Civil Engineering from Universidade Positivo and Business Administration from FAE Business School, with an MBA in corporate finance. Member of TMA Brasil. Fluent in Portuguese and English.
Responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams linked to strategic organizational and crisis planning. Internally, she leads project management, performance improvement, and diagnostics trainings. She has recently worked in transportation, industry and service sectors.
Consolidated experience in large companies with national and international profiles, such as Ultragaz and Redecard, acting as business process development manager, market intelligence, Zero-Based Budgeting, controllership, PMO and financial projections. She participated in approximately 10 restructuring projects.
Responsible for the Supply Chain area. More than 20 years of experience working with logistics, distribution, storage, supplies, PCP and S&OP.
Before joining Naxentia, he worked at companies in consumer goods, technology, civil construction, petrochemical and logistics operations dwhere he implemented processes and management systems, restructured teams and defined models for storage, handling and distribution.
Experienced in SAP deployments, warehouse and distribution management, S&OP implementation, international operations management, leadership and team building.
Responsible for the administrative and financial areas. Graduated in Accounting from Universidade Paulista, he has over 20 years of experience in commercial and finance areas. Prior to Naxentia, Zarza worked in healthy food companies such as Nutrimental S/A, and as consultant at Intelego S/A.
Senior Director at Naxentia, he is the leader of restructuring practice. Over than 35 years of experience in the financial area (controllership, planning and financial administration), he has been working as Acting CEO for 20 years in turnaround and restructuring, focusing on maximizing value for the client.
Before joining Naxentia, he was Director of major restructuring projects such as Transbrasil and Variglog, in addition to having participated in more than 40 national and international projects (USA, Venezuela, Colombia and Panama). He has experience as a Board Member in companies like 51.
Graduated in Business Administration from FMU, he is a specialist in economic and financial management from FGV. Member of TMA Brasil. Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
