Her focus is on achieving an outcome that relieves her clients of the stress and financial burden often associated with family law matters.

Jane E Crulci

Jane E. Crulci. was called to the Bar by the Inner Temple, London, in 1990, and subsequently admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1999. She has worked in seven Commonwealth countries as a Barrister in the Law and Justice Sector, development, and in the judiciary. Jane is an Accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner which focuses on mediation as an alternative to litigation, and an Accredited Mediator for neighbourhood and civil matters.

Jane McCarthy

Jane McCarthy is a Senior Solicitor/Director, Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, Mediator, and Parenting Coordinator. She is also the Solicitor Director of McCarthy Family Law and McCarthy Mediation. Jane has previously worked as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner for Queensland Legal Aid. Jane has been practising as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner for more than five years and couples this experience as a Senior Family Lawyer.

Libby Saunders

Libby Saunders is a Family Lawyer, Mediator and Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner. She was admitted as a lawyer in 2014, firstly working as a Judge's Associate in the Supreme Court of Tasmania, before joining private practice in 2015. Libby's clients will benefit from her family mediation and in-court experience, including her common-sense approach to dispute resolution. Libby aims to provide clear advice to best support her clients towards successful mediations.
