Starting with the purchase of a small pasta machine, owner and president Don Luber studied the pasta maker's art with leading experts and chefs in Italy and San Francisco's Italian-American community. Together with his wife Susan, they built the Pasta Sonoma company into one of America's leading producers of true artisan pasta... HAND CRAFTED: Having pioneered specialty, hand-crafted pastas in all-natural flavors, Pasta Sonoma's quest for perfecting pasta is an ongoing pursuit and passion. We continue to expand our classical pastas and make innovations with new varieties of flour from heirloom wheat, identity-preserved wheat, consistently using old-world milling processes.
