Andrew B. Cohen

Andrew B. Cohen is the Chief Investment Officer and Co-Founder of Cohen Private Ventures which invests long-term capital, primarily in direct private investments and other opportunistic transactions, and manages family office activities, on behalf of Steven A. Cohen and his family. Prior to his position with Cohen Private Ventures, Mr. Cohen was an Analyst and Portfolio Manager at the Firm from 2002 to 2005, investing in public equities and debt securities. From 2005 to 2009, Mr. Cohen was a Partner and Managing Director of Dune Capital Management LP, an investment management firm based in New York City. Mr. Cohen began his career at Morgan Stanley where he was an Analyst in the real estate department and principal investing group (MSREF) and then an Associate in the mergers and acquisitions department post business school. Mr. Cohen received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and his M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Cohen is the Vice Chairman, member of the board of directors, and a minority owner of the New York Mets Baseball Club. He is a member of the board of directors of several public and private companies including Laureate Education, Inc. and Republic First Bancorp, Inc. Mr. Cohen serves on the National Advisory Board of the Johns Hopkins Berman Institute of Bioethics and is a trustee and member of the investment committee of The Gilman School.

Anthony "Tony" Paquette - CFO

Anthony "Tony" Paquette is the Chief Financial Officer of Point72, L.P., where he is responsible for leading the global finance, treasury, broker relations, real estate & facilities organizations for the company. He joined Point72 as CFO in October 2020. Prior to Point72, Mr. Paquette was a Business Unit Leader at financial technology company, Social Finance (SoFi), in San Francisco from 2018 to 2020, where he was a responsible for treasury, market risk, regulatory & financial operations, and international expansion. Prior to SoFi, Mr. Paquette was a Managing Director at JP Morgan Chase in New York from 2010 to 2018, where he most recently served as Global Head of Funding and Liability Management for the company, and previously as a portfolio manager in the Chief Investment Office. Before joining JP Morgan, he was a Managing Director in Treasury and Corporate Investments at Bank of America from 2006 to 2010 and began his career as an equity research analyst at Goldman Sachs in 2000. Mr. Paquette graduated from Brown University in Providence, RI, where he played Varsity Football, and double majored in Business Economics and Organizational Behavior and Management, and is a CFA Charterholder. Mr. Paquette serves on the advisory board at Scholars of Finance, a non-profit organization whose mission is to inspire character and integrity in the finance leaders of tomorrow. He also serves on the President's Athletics Advisory Council at Brown University, and is a board member of Junior Achievement of New York and the Managed Funds Association (MFA). Ariel P. Speicher - CHRO

Ariel P. Speicher leads Point72's Human Capital function. She joined the Firm in September of 2016 and before leading Human Capital, she had most recently served as the Senior HR Business Partner, responsible for the planning and execution of talent management across the Firm. In addition, Ms. Speicher managed the team of global HR Business Partners and led Global Benefits and Compensation. Ms. Speicher joined Point72 from American Express, where she had a portfolio of responsibilities, including organizational effectiveness, talent management, and coaching. When Point72 hired her, Ms. Speicher was Amex's Chief People Officer and strategic thought leader for EVPs in the Global Finance Organization. Ms. Speicher joined American Express as an inaugural member of the HR Global Rotation Program and spent nearly a decade in HR roles of increasing responsibility in both the UK and New York offices. Ms. Speicher graduated from Yale University with honors, holds an MPhil in European Studies from University of Cambridge, and earned an MBA from London Business School.

Becca Mitchell

Daniel Gwak

Daniel Gwak is Managing Partner of Point72 Private Investments, the institutional private investing business of Point72 Asset Management. He oversees Point72 Ventures, our global venture capital strategy, and is a Managing Partner of Point72 Hyperscale, our private equity strategy that seeks to drive value creation through applied AI. Prior to his position with Point72 Private Investments, Mr. Gwak co-led Point72 Ventures investment activities in artificial intelligence, machine learning and related technologies. He was also instrumental in the launch of the Point72 Hyperscale business. Before joining Point72, Mr. Gwak was a Partner on the Investment Team at In-Q-Tel, an independent strategic investment firm that identifies innovative technologies to support the missions of the Central Intelligence Agency ("CIA") and the broader U.S. intelligence community. At In-Q-Tel, Mr. Gwak focused on enterprise analytics and infrastructure companies whose technologies were impactful to the mission of the U.S. Intelligence Community. Previously, Mr. Gwak was an investment banking analyst in the M&A group at Credit Suisse, a private equity associate at The Carlyle Group and a fireteam leader in the United States Marine Corps, where he was awarded the Combat Action Ribbon and Purple Heart for actions in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in Helmand Province, Afghanistan. Mr. Gwak received his B.A. in Economics from Cornell University and his M.B.A from Harvard Business School. Hamid Biglari

Hamid Biglari is the Global Co-Head of the Central Liquidity Group at Point72 Asset Management. The Central Liquidity Group has responsibility for the Firm's global trading as well as global Long/Short PM portfolio construction analytics. From 2013 to 2016, he was a Partner at TGG Group, a firm focused on providing advisory services to Fortune 100 companies around the transformative business applications of behavioral science and Big Data analytics. From 2000 to 2013, Dr. Biglari was a senior executive at Citigroup, most recently Vice-Chairman and Global Head of Emerging Markets. He was a member of Citigroup's Operating Committee and held various senior management roles throughout his 13-year tenure at the institution, including Chief Strategy Officer of Citigroup, Chief Operating Officer of the Institutional Client Group (Citi's global corporate and investment bank), and Global Head of Investment Banking for Financial Institutions. Prior to joining Citigroup, Dr. Biglari was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he co-led the Firm's investment banking consulting practice. Prior to that, he was a theoretical nuclear physicist at Princeton University's Plasma Physics Laboratory, the nation's leading center for controlled thermonuclear fusion research. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the Vice Chair of the Asia Society Board of Trustees. He also sits on the Advisory Board of the Bendheim Center for Finance at Princeton University. While at Citigroup, Dr. Biglari was a member of the US-China Business Council. An Iranian-American, he was awarded the Ellis Island Medal of Honor in 2009, given for outstanding contributions to the United States by immigrants. Dr. Biglari holds a Ph.D. degree in Astrophysical Sciences from Princeton University.

Harry Schwefel

Harry Schwefel is the Co-Chief Investment Officer at Point72. Mr. Schwefel joined the Firm in January 2008 as a Portfolio Manager trading stocks in the Consumer, Industrial, and Technology sectors. During his time at the Firm, he has held multiple leadership roles including Sector Head in the Consumer space from 2010 to 2013 and Chairman of the Portfolio Managers Advisory Committee from 2017 to 2018. Jaimi Goodfriend is the Head of Investment Professional Development and the Director of the Point72 Academy, Point72's initiative to recruit and train new college graduates as long/short (L/S) equities investment professionals on an accelerated schedule. Prior to joining Point72, Ms. Goodfriend was an adjunct lecturer at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign and DePaul University in Chicago. In 2012, she developed, launched, and was named the Director of the University of Illinois' Investment Banking Academy. Before teaching collegiately, Ms. Goodfriend was an equity research analyst in the hedge fund industry, most recently at Citadel Investment Group and Balyasny Asset Management. Jeanne Melino

Jeanne Melino is Point72's Chief Inclusion and Community Officer, responsible for strengthening Firm culture and promoting a more diverse and inclusive workforce. She is also the Head of Community Matters for the Firm and the Director of the Steven & Alexandra Cohen Foundation. She assists both Point72 and the Foundation in fostering their relationships with the community through charitable endeavors, and is also responsible for the Foundation's daily activities and provides general oversight of all grant-making decisions. In 2021, she was appointed Senior Vice President of Foundation and Community Engagement at the New York Mets, helping to build up the new Amazin' Mets Foundation. Before Point72, Ms. Melino was an Executive Vice President of Innovative Philanthropy, a philanthropic consulting firm. Ms. Melino refocused her career on corporate and foundation relations and charitable consulting after more than 10 years as a practicing attorney. Ms. Melino began her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney prosecuting felony crimes in New York's Westchester and Suffolk Counties. She then joined the law firm of Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker, LLP, and went on to become a Partner at Cozen O'Connor. Ms. Melino received her B.A. from Manhattan College and her J.D. from St. John's University School of Law. She is a board member of Domus and the New York Mets.

Jon Weiner

Jon Weiner leads Point72 LaunchPoint, the Firm's emerging portfolio manager program. In this role, Mr. Weiner helps source and evaluate potential portfolio manager (PM) talent and provides mentorship and guidance to emerging managers as they prepare to launch their investing team at our Firm. Mr. Weiner is one of the Firm's longest-tenured employees. He joined in 1992 and spent the majority of his career as a PM primarily focused on equities in the healthcare sector. He was instrumental in the Firm's early analyst hiring and built a strong track record of developing talent from within his team, helping several of his analysts make the transition to PM at Point72. Mr. Weiner has also represented PMs across the Firm as a leader on a variety of committees and firmwide initiatives. Raised in North Miami Beach, Florida, Mr. Weiner received his B.S. from Indiana University with a major in Finance and a minor in History.

Jonathan Cain

JT Shields

JT Shields is the Head of Business Development at Point72. He is responsible for leading the global hiring process for portfolio managers and analysts across the Firm's long/short equity business. In addition to managing the Business Development team, he is also the Chairman of the Firm's Human Capital Committee. Mr. Shields joined the Firm in 2017 from Blackstone, where he was a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager in the Hedge Fund Solutions Business (BAAM) focused on equity strategies. Krista Murphy

Ms. Murphy joined Point72 in 2008 as a member of the Finance team, eventually leading the Financial Planning and Analysis group. From 2016-2018, she served as the Executive Officer for Point72's Discretionary Investing business. She most recently was International Chief Operating Officer and Head of the Firm's Singapore office. Prior to joining Point72, Ms. Murphy was the Controller at Marakon Associates for three years, was at MasterCard for one year, and spent six years in Finance at IBM. Laura Sterner

Laura Sterner is Point72's Global Head of Capital Development and Investor Relations, responsible for leading the Firm's external capital activities and managing Point72's Capital Development and Investor Relations team. Ms. Sterner was an integral part of the Firm's successful 2018 capital raise, raising a total that exceeded Point72's target. She is the Firm's primary point of contact with external investors. Ms. Sterner joined Point72 in 2015 as part of the Strategy Team and later joined Stamford Harbor Capital. While at Stamford Harbor Capital, she worked to design an investor offering and develop an external investor base. Beginning her career at Lehman Brothers focused on Hedge Fund Research and Special Investments, Ms. Sterner moved to focus on entrepreneurial ventures in and outside of the financial services industry. Before she joined Point72, Ms. Sterner advised large financial institutions as part of Navigant Consulting. Ms. Sterner earned her B.B.A. in Business Honors and Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.

Marc Desmidt

Marc Desmidt is Head of Asia Pacific. Mr. Desmidt oversees the operations of the Firm's Asia-Pacific offices and drives Point72's strategic objectives throughout the region. He is based in Hong Kong. Mr. Desmidt joined Point72 from BlackRock where he worked in several senior roles across the Asian region. Most recently he was Head of Strategic Product, responsible for the direction and execution of BlackRock's product suite across all asset classes. Previous to this Mr. Desmidt held a number of investment management related roles. These included Head of Alpha Strategies, managing multiple teams across asset classes throughout Asia Pacific. Mr. Desmidt also managed a number of investment funds over the course of his more than twenty years in Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan. Mr. Desmidt earned his B.A. from the University of Cape Town and his M.S. from the University of Oxford. He is an active proponent of initiatives to empower women, and supports the organizations Room to Read, Mother's Choice, and Asian University for Women.

Mark Brubaker - CTO

Mark Brubaker is the Chief Technology Officer of Point72. He is responsible for the Firm's global technology platform, providing firmwide Information Security services and supporting all firm businesses including Compliance, Cubist, Equities, Infrastructure, Long/Short, Macro, Market Intelligence, Middle/Back Office, Portfolio Management and Trading. Before joining the Firm, Mr. Brubaker was the Global Head of Equity Technology and Shared Services at Millennium Partners. While in that role, he drove a major transformation in the technology platform that increased automation and helped Millennium develop new and innovative capabilities. After studying computer science at Messiah College, Mr. Brubaker began his career as a software engineer and then joined Goldman Sachs in 1996. Mr. Brubaker moved to Susquehanna International Group in 2004. In 2006 he joined UBS and co-led UBS's technology unit supporting its U.S. cash equities business. He was subsequently promoted to Managing Director and was posted to London to lead UBS's EMEA regional technology platforms and co-head UBS's Global Equities Technology organization. From UBS, Mr. Brubaker joined Millennium in 2012.

Mark Flannery

Mark Flannery is the Head of U.S. L/S Equity Teams Supervision. He is responsible for supporting and supervising the performance and professional development of all of the Firm's equity teams. Mr. Flannery joined Point72 from Credit Suisse where he was the Director of US Equity Research for six years, serving as Chairman of the company's U.S. Research Review and Investment Policy Committees. Prior to becoming the Research Director Mr. Flannery spent 17 years as an energy analyst at Credit Suisse in London, Hong Kong, and New York, where he ultimately became the Global Head of Energy Research. Mr. Flannery serves on the Board of Directors of Jump Start, an early education organization, and of Maverick Concerts, a summer chamber music festival in upstate New York. Mr. Flannery received his MA in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford, St. Anne's College.

Massoud Heidari

Massoud Heidari is the Global Co-Head of the Central Liquidity Group at Point72 Asset Management, the Firm's global trading organization. From 2013 to 2015, he was the founding partner and CEO/CIO of tPlus Technology, a technology-oriented hedge fund. Prior to founding tPlus Technology, Dr. Heidari was the senior founding member, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Caspian Capital Management, LLC ("CCM"), an alternative investment firm with peak AUM exceeding $2Bn. From 2000 to 2012, CCM managed fixed income relative value, emerging market and quantitative systematic strategies on a discretionary basis for institutional clients. In his capacity as CIO, Dr. Heidari was responsible for all of CCM's investment management activities. From 1994 to 2000, he was a Managing Director at CDC Investment Management Company (CIMCO), where he was responsible for the management of several fixed income arbitrage portfolios totaling over $2Bn. Prior to joining CIMCO, he held senior positions in fixed income research, trading and portfolio management with a number of buy-side and sell-side firms. Dr. Heidari holds a Ph.D. and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an M. Phil in Soil Mechanics from Cambridge University.

Michael C. Sullivan

Michael C. Sullivan is the Chief of Staff and Head of External Affairs of Point72 Asset Management. Mr. Sullivan joined the Firm in 2007 after serving as a senior aide in the United States Senate, focusing on telecom, technology, and finance issues. Mr. Sullivan also served as a staff member in the U.S. House of Representatives working on similar issues. Before coming to Capitol Hill, Mr. Sullivan was the head of strategic development for a telecommunications focused trade association. Mr. Sullivan is involved with several veterans' mental health-related non-profit organizations. He helped establish and serves on the Board and as Treasurer of the Cohen Veterans Network, which operates a national network of clinics to treat veterans and their family members affected by Post-Traumatic Stress. Mr. Sullivan also serves as the Treasurer and on the Board of a second veterans-oriented non-profit, Cohen Veterans Bioscience, which is developing next-generation diagnostics and therapeutics to improve the detection and treatment of Post-Traumatic Stress. Mr. Sullivan is a Chief Mentor at the NYU-Stern Endless Frontier Labs, where he mentors start-up companies in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related fields. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of Students First New York, a nonprofit organization advocating for educational reform in New York State. Mike Jemiolo is the Chief Risk Officer of Point72. Mr. Jemiolo joined the Firm in 2009 as Managing Director of Equity Risk Management, and was appointed Global Head of Risk Management in 2011. In his most recent role before Point72, Mr. Jemiolo held senior leadership roles in Risk Management at UBS, including Global Head of Market Risk for UBS Investment Bank and Chief Risk Officer for Global Equities. Previously, Mr. Jemiolo was a trader and portfolio manager of various asset classes including equity derivatives, convertibles, and FX options. Mr. Jemiolo began his career at O'Connor & Associates in 1989. Mr. Jemiolo received his S.B. in Mechanical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Rafael Lopez-Espinosa - COO

Rafael Lopez-Espinosa is the Chief Operating Officer for Point72's international businesses, responsible for overseeing the Firm's investment services functions in APAC and EMEA. He also leads the Firm's Warsaw and Paris offices. Mr. Lopez-Espinosa joined Point72 in 2015, and most recently was Global Head of Strategy, leading large cross functional projects. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Lopez-Espinosa was a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group. While in that role, he specialized in asset management, payments, corporate development, and private equity. He has deep international experience, having lived and worked in US, Brazil, France, UK, and Spain. Before his 10-year tenure at BCG, Mr. Lopez-Espinosa worked for Electricite de France as a R&D quant researcher, for British Telecom as part of their Future Leadership program, and for the NGO Endeavor. Mr. Lopez-Espinosa earned his M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnic University in Madrid, where he graduated as Salutatorian. He spent his final year at the Ecole Centrale Paris and developed a Master thesis on quantitative modeling applied to wind power generation. He earned his M.B.A from Stanford University.

Rob Edmiston is Head of Point72's Singapore office, responsible for supervising and supporting the Firm's strategy and operations in Singapore. He is also the Asia ex-Japan Long/Short Equities Executive, working closely with the Head of Asia Pacific on a broad range of projects to recruit, develop and grow investment talent in the Firm's Hong Kong, Singapore, and Sydney offices. Mr. Edmiston was previously Executive Officer for the Firm's International business, executing on a broad range of projects to grow the Firm's business operations in Asia and London. Prior to that role, he was a Vice President on Point72's Long/Short Professional Development team, where he worked closely with both portfolio managers and analysts to develop the skills of the Firm's investment professionals, disseminate best practices, and enhance team investment processes. Before joining the Firm in 2014, Mr. Edmiston was an Associate at J.P. Morgan where he was a Product Manager in the firm's Prime Brokerage business. While at J.P. Morgan, he was also the Co-Chair of the Analyst and Associate Development Council for Investor Services. Mr. Edmiston received his B.A. from Princeton University.

Steve Cohen founded this Firm as a portfolio manager and runs a book to this day. We have former portfolio managers throughout our leadership team, which leads to thoughtful capital allocation and a unique ability to mentor and develop our people. Steven A. Cohen is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Point72, a 2,000+ person registered investment advisor. Mr. Cohen founded S.A.C. Capital Advisors in 1992 and converted his investment operations to the Point72 Asset Management family office in 2014. Mr. Cohen has leveraged his lengthy career in the public markets to found Point72 Ventures, a global venture capital strategy, and Point72 Hyperscale, a private equity strategy that seeks to drive value creation through applied AI. Mr. Cohen bought the iconic New York Mets major league baseball team in 2020 and serves as Chairman and CEO of the team. An avid philanthropist and entrepreneur, Mr. Cohen has founded and holds active leadership roles in a number of nonprofit organizations. Mr. Cohen and his wife, Alexandra, founded the Steven & Alexandra Cohen Foundation in 2001. The Cohen Foundation is committed to achieving lasting and meaningful change through commitments to children's health, education, veterans, and the arts. Mr. Cohen created Cohen Veterans Network and Cohen Veterans Bioscience in 2015 to improve the mental healthcare, treatment, and quality of life for veterans and their families. Mr. Cohen also serves on the Board of Trustees at the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) in Los Angeles, the Emeritus Board of the Robin Hood Foundation, and the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) Board of Trustees. Mr. Cohen received a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He began his investing career at Gruntal & Co., where he managed proprietary capital for 14 years before starting his own investment business.

Tiffany Galvin-Cohen

Tiffany Galvin-Cohen is Co-Head of Corporate Communications at Point72. She is responsible for leading external communications and content strategy for the Firm. She also serves as the primary spokesperson for the Firm. Ms. Galvin-Cohen joined the Firm in 2018 from Goldman Sachs, where she played an integral role in the bank's reputation rehabilitation efforts after the financial crisis and led external communications for the Securities, Engineering, and Operations divisions. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Ms. Galvin-Cohen led external communications for MF Global and also served as a press secretary for former New York Governor, George Pataki, focusing on budget and transportation issues. Ms. Galvin-Cohen earned her B.A. in Political Science and her M.S. in Public Relations at Syracuse University.

Toby Bartlett

Toby Bartlett oversees our operations in Japan, helping set our strategy in the country and supporting the performance and professional development of our investment teams in Japan. He joined the Firm in 2022 and previously spent more than 15 years working as a portfolio manager specializing in Japan. Toby Bartlett is the Head of Japan. He is responsible for managing the Firm's operations in Tokyo. He is part of the team determining Point72's strategy in the country and APAC region, and is responsible for hiring, supporting, and supervising the performance and professional development of the portfolio management teams in Japan. Mr. Bartlett joined Point72 from TORANOTEC, an asset management group which uses fintech to make saving and investing more accessible, where he was focused on expanding the firm's business lineup in Japan and across Asia. Prior to that, he spent more than 15 years of his career working in Asia as a portfolio manager specializing in Japan, including launching his own fund, Arena Capital Management. Mr. Bartlett has lived in Japan for more than 12 years over the course of his career. He graduated from Griffith University in Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce (International Finance) and Arts (Asian Studies).

Vincent Tortorella - Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Legal Officer

Vincent Tortorella is the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Point72. He is a former Assistant U.S. Attorney and member of the Department of Justice. Mr. Tortorella joined Point72 in April 2014 to create and lead a Surveillance unit, which was later merged with the Firm's Compliance group under Mr. Tortorella's leadership. In 2019, he became the Firm's General Counsel. Prior to joining Point72, Mr. Tortorella worked at Coatue Management as the General Counsel and Head of Proprietary Research. He was previously the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Guidepoint Global in New York. Earlier in his career, Mr. Tortorella was a federal prosecutor, serving as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Southern District of New York, as well as a trial attorney in the criminal division of the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. Prior to that, Mr. Tortorella practiced white collar and commercial litigation in the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, and clerked for the Hon. William H. Pauley III in the Southern District of New York. Mr. Tortorella received his B.A. in English from Dartmouth College and is an honors graduate of Duke University School of Law.

Will Tovey

Will Tovey is the Head of UK. He is responsible for managing the Firm's operations in London. He is part of the team determining Point72's strategy throughout the region and is responsible for hiring, supporting, and supervising the performance and professional development of the portfolio management teams in Europe. Mr. Tovey joined Point72 from Barclays where he was Co-Head of Equity Distribution in Europe and part of the team which helped build the European Equity business from its origination in 2009. Prior to joining Barclays he was a Managing Director at UBS and the head of its European cash equity sales unit in London. Mr. Tovey began his career as an equity analyst and fund manager for Mercury Asset Management. Mr. Tovey serves on the Board of The October Club charity organization and received his BSc (Hons) in economics from the University of Warwick.
