As the Director of Client Services at HFA, Abby strives to tailor each Client's experience to meet their practice's specific needs- anywhere from implementation trainings to portfolio reviews. Abby's focus is Client needs first, ensuring each Provider has a great experience with HFA is something that she prides herself on. Prior to her role at HFA, Abby served as an Account and Marketing Executive in Real Estate financing. She attended Samford University where she played softball and was an All-American Scholar Athlete.

Brandon founded Kemberton Healthcare Services, a Franklin, TN based specialty revenue cycle company in 2008.
As CEO, he grew Kemberton from a three-person startup to a company serving over 250 hospitals across 31 states.
In 2017, Brandon sold a majority of his ownership in the company, but remains an active member of the Board of Directors.

Starting at Accenture in 2004 and moving to healthcare IT in 2008, Chris has managed large enterprise system rollouts as well as the ongoing customizations/maintenance and user adoption initiatives for Salesforce and other related cloud-based systems. In addition to designing and implementing systems, Chris was responsible for merging data from acquired companies and building a near real-time reporting system for key sales, operational, and financial metrics.
After spending four years in strategy and technology roles at a healthcare IT and revenue cycle consulting firm, Chris started a certified Salesforce consulting business in 2018 to help businesses implement and manage cloud-based data reporting platforms and Salesforce systems.

Heath previously served as Chief Development Officer and Partner of Kemberton. He piloted the growth of Kemberton from 2 Hospital clients to over 250 hospitals across 31 states. He organized, executed and developed the growth plan to strategically align the organization with Hospital CFO's and other executives in the Healthcare industry. Kemberton was acquired by LLR Partners- Philadelphia, PA.
Heath holds a BBA from Harding University- Searcy, AR.

Jake helped to start Navigator Group Purchasing in 2003, a buying group for skilled nursing, independent living, and continuing care retirement communities.
Navigator merged with Managed Health Care Associates (MHA) in 2010, and he remained with the combined company until its acquisition by Roper Industries in 2013.
In 2014, Jake founded Meridian Capital Group, a private real estate finance company that originates and services short-term loans for real estate developers.

Jennifer brings 20+ years of management experience to the HFA operations team. She successfully managed a Medicare Part B program that served over 900 skilled nursing facilities in more than 40 states. She also served as the company's Compliance and Privacy Officer, managing compliance with all laws, regulations, accreditation standard, and industry best practices.
Joe brings 15+ years of client relationship experience. Previously, he served as a Regional Vice President and Client Executive at Kemberton Healthcare Services. Before transitioning to HFA, he managed over 40 hospitals ranging from community hospitals to nationally recognized healthcare systems. Kemberton was acquired by LLR Partners.

Rob brings over 16+ years of experience in sales and client relationship experience in the healthcare and credit card processing industries. Previously, he helped grow Kemberton Healthcare to 250 plus hospitals in 31 states. Rob served as EVP at Kemberton Healthcare managing a team of 20+ employees while strategically working with hospital and health systems identify gaps in revenue cycle. Kemberton was acquired by LLR Partners - Philadelphia, PA.
