Rachel Holloway

Rachel Holloway's transactional practice focuses on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, development and finance. Early in his career, Mr. Werner regularly represented insurance companies, handling both coverage disputes and underlying defense work. He now represents policyholders in the arduous task of persuading insurance companies to honor the promises made in their insurance policies. He also works on a variety of other commercial litigation matters.

Todd Duplanty

Vicente Reyes

Vicente's transactional practice focuses on the representation of a wide range of clients, including lenders, developers, and a variety of institutional and non-institutional investors on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, hospitality, multi-family projects and finance. Vicente also regularly represents small business owners on real estate and corporate matters, including entity formation, leasing, small business loans and joint ventures. He has a comprehensive understanding of cultural and business environments in Spanish and Portuguese speaking markets, and regularly represents national and international owners and developers in all types of commercial real estate transactions throughout the country and, in collaboration with his extensive network in Latin America, throughout the Latin American market. Prior to joining Pennington LLP, Vicente was an associate in the real estate group of DLA Piper LLP (US), where his work focused on a variety of real estate and corporate transactions. While at DLA Piper, Vicente received the North American Pro Bono Award in recognition of his pro bono work representing small business entities in real estate and corporate matters. He was also chosen to participate in the firm's global pro bono initiative in Chile and Argentina where he worked with a global women's rights organization in helping to deliver workshops addressing and curtailing gender-based violence. Vicente was also an associate in the real estate group of Heller Ehrman LLP in San Francisco, where his work focused on finance and hospitality transactions, and at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati's San Francisco and Palo Alto offices, where he worked on corporate & securities, mergers & acquisitions and commercial real estate matters. While at Wilson Sonsini, Vicente was the recipient of the John A. Wilson Award for excellence in the practice of law, while serving the community.
