Dana is responsible for the overall success of the firm's architecture, interior design, roof and envelope consulting, and building engineering services. His expertise in planning and strategic growth is a key asset to PRIME AE as the firm continues to expand its service offerings and geographic reach.
Dana has decades of executive management and design experience. As an architect, he has served as the project principal, project manager, and project architect for diverse project types of varying complexity throughout the U.S.

Danny is responsible for overall project management, design, and business development for PRIME AE's Virginia Transportation operations.
Danny has nearly three decades of successful design and management experience throughout Virginia and for 16 Departments of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration. He has worked on major interchanges and bridge structures from design through construction including design-build projects.

Dan has played a key role in the successful design and administration of new construction and modernizations for numerous institutional and commercial projects. His decades of experience on city, state, and federal projects of all types and sizes contribute significantly to his excellence in project management. He is particularly skillful in the administration of complex technical issues, having extensive experience in coordinating large multi-faceted projects from design through the construction administration.
Dan is a member of the American Correctional Association where he speaks at their national conferences and seminars and serves on the Facility Committee. He is also a member of the American Institute of Architect's Academy of Architecture for Justice which supports best practices in corrections design.

Jenna manages contract wins, staff availability, and workload sustainability. She develops objectives for each business line that complement the company's business plan, overall goal, and purpose.
