After providing contracting services to Prefab Logic for several years, Bas joined the company as studio manager in 2021. He holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, a master's degree in engineering management, and has an extensive history in construction, design, optimization, and automation. Bas created one of the largest BIM companies in Brazil and has worked on over 170 projects in the U.S. and Canada.
Curtis Fletcher - Chief Strategy Officer, Founder

Curtis is a modular design and construction expert more than 30 years of experience in project planning and design in commercial and residential modular markets. He has pioneered best practices with architects, developers, and manufacturers in modular multi-family, and brings hands-on product design and manufacturing expertise to Prefab Logic. Before co-founding Prefab Logic, he led consulting firm Studio-X, where he oversaw hundreds of modular projects throughout the western US and Canada. Most recently, he co-founded Autovol.
Hylton has over two decades of expertise in business development and process optimization in construction, design, manufacturing, and consulting. From his diverse range of leadership roles, brings an enthusiasm for building partnerships with clients and operational teams that helps accelerate the efficiency and execution of innovative projects.

Lana comes to Prefab with over 20 years of experience in modular construction sales and business development. She's worked with hundreds of clients in a broad range of industries including healthcare, energy, hospitality and education to meet their construction needs with customized modular solutions.

Merrick joined Prefab Logic early in 2016. As a marketing director, she has driven key support functions of some of the most innovative and successful large-scale modular projects in the West. As an executive, she is versed in recruiting talent, building lasting team culture, operations, marketing, and corporate office design-including 2,500 square-foot, 6,000 square-foot, and 30,000 square-foot office spaces.
Rick is a building operations and manufacturing expert with more than 40 years of experience managing modular construction projects across the US and Canada. He has led multiple manufacturing divisions, overseeing the execution of thousands of successful modular projects.. Before co-founding Prefab Logic, he was Co-Founder and COO of Guerdon Enterprises, where he pioneered major innovations in large scale multi-story, multi-family modular. Most recently, he co-founded Autovol, the first automated modular factory of its kind.
With a degree in drafting, Tim entered the modular industry 10 years ago where he began a structural focused career. Before joining Prefab Logic, he worked for a large engineering firm as a structural designer. Tim is an expert in structural design for modular buildings and a trailblazer in the modular industry, bringing new and creative ways to improve factory construction and structural systems with a keen attention to detail.
